If I want this to display while wearing an armor that uses slot 32....how do I go about that?

I took an armor mesh in the CK and changed the slot usage on the armor and the armor addon to 60....I then changed the slot number in the BSDismember properties in Nifskope to match it on slot 60.

But when I put the mesh on it didn't display at all and the SOS UNP mesh was still stripped.

I've Googled this a few times but I'm not getting any solid leads on how to achieve this....but basically I want to modify individual armors to allow the penis to still display while the chest slot is in use.

You can set individual armours to be "revealing" in the SoS MCM. When you're wearing an armour go to the Player/NPC tab of the MCM and click the box on the player side to set it as revealing, then back out of the menus. (I've found if you do other things in the MCM, or other MCMs, the change resets, so backing out after making that one change is usually needed for some reason.) Once you've done that, that armour piece will no longer hide the schlong, though it will do that for every instance of that armour in the game. So if, for example, you do it for the iron armour, everyone who wears iron armour in the game (female, at least) will have their schlong hanging out if they have one.

You can also do it for armours worn by NPCs in the same menu. Just have the NPC wearing the armour you want to set as revealing under your crosshair when you open the menu.

Latest versions of SOS have an option to mark specific armor as "revealing". But I don't know how it stress Papyrus when you mark as revealing hundreds of armors.

Ahh okay I had always thought that the "revealing" option simply set that armor to be viewed as naked by NPCs....I will try that, seems like its a lot easier than nifskope surgery.

  3. I'm aware that Hill House and the Dev Asteria have showers on them...but I'm running a high immersion install right now which includes Bathing in Skyrim and I'm trying to figure out a couple of good house mods that have bathing facilities that have good interior aesthetics as well.

Sifting through the Nexus is something of an arduous process and Google searching just returns a page load of results for the infamous Bath House of Skyrim...which isn't really up there on my list of cozy aesthetic houses.

I do have Hill House for when/if I slide to the vampire side of Dawnguard...I don't like using the Dev Asteria because I think it doesn't quite fit the lore or at least my conception of it....I'm aware that Ranger Ridge has a heated tub and sauna but I've always felt that house didn't reach its true aesthetic possibilities.

Anyways...enough rambling from me...any recommendations on houses with bathing facilities that are companion friendly and aren't mods of the stock player homes?

    Many thanks in advance  :)

  4. There are a ton of mods so its hard to give you a definitive list.

I can say there are a few mods I simply cannot play Skyrim without any more.

If you don't have Racemenu or ECE (or both)...get them, they make life a ton easier.

Frostfall is a guaranteed must, its a bit hardcore but it makes Skyrim a much better game.

SkyUI and IHud are definitely must installs as well.

Thats just core functionality stuff and it will definitely start you off in the right direction. Far as the sex mods go...they're all in the Sexlab downloads section, start off with Sexlab itself and add bits and pieces depending on what suits your kinks because this community has definitely figured out a way to make Skyrim as kinky as possible regardless of what you like.

Body mods, skins, ENBs are all a matter of preference and anyone could give you their recommendations but its going to end up coming down to what you like.

If its any help I've been modding Skyrim since 2011 and I still consistently change and tweak my mod installs and I have yet to find an ENB I am absolutely 100% in love with either. I've been an avid Sevenbase user since doing some armor mods for it back after its release and currently have migrated into using 7B OPPAI which is a variant of the Sevenbase body that is available here on LL. So body wise I've been using the same body phenotype for quite a long time..but my skin changes depending on my mood and the kind of character I'm making.

So...while people could give you huge recommendation lists, my best advice is that modding Skyrim "to taste" is the only way to do it efficiently and having other people tell you what to get won't accomplish that very well.

So my highest recommendation is to look around at various screenshots, see what kind of imagery appeals to you then start hunting down the mods that make that look possible. Or...simply mix and match til you find your own aesthetic that works best.

  5. CBBE is for virgin modders. Its a great all in one resource that has tons of armor conversions that don't require a lot of fiddling to make them work. So if you've never modded a game before and Skyrim is your first modifiable one...CBBE is a nice entry level body replacer that has a good amount of easy plug and play content.

So there are some virtues to CBBE...but is it the Queen? No. The chick at the bar that will go home with anyone is called something else.

  6. The conversion method for the gynoid should have allowed her to show up as a sim in the bin. Its slightly arcane on how to do it and I may have flubbed that up.

Far as changing her clothes I highly suggest using the Master Controller>Basic>Stylist option for that as compared to using Edit in CAS...cause Editing in CAS may turn up some weirdness with it due to the amount of bending it took to get her to come out like she did in the first place.

  7. She should end up in your Household bin.

To add her to an existing family, simply go into Edit Town mode, and click on Households. She should end up as a single household in the bin, you can then merge her with an existing household or allow her to live on her own as an independent household...though you'll need to train up her bot building skill so she can self adjust trait chips and add in the Workplace Drone Trait chip so she can pursue careers of any type if shes living independently.

  8. Except that someone "did" figure out how to crack the ME series and made some tools for it.  Granted they are quite limited, but they were enough to replace\add\edit scenes\movies\dialogue and so on.  That was how the Happy Ending mod came to be for ME3.

If Bioware refuses to release any tools, then hopefully someone else will find a way to create them.

I'll be late to work on Tuesday......feeling a cold coming on.....

In all fairness though ME was built on Unreal and all you really needed to do to work with those assets was to reverse engineer the package files into .u formats and from there the UDK was mostly functionally usable.

Frostbite is another animal entirely, theres literally a change.org petition for modding tools for the engine. DICE has gone on record to state that modding tools would be less than possible due to the engine being too complex.

Overall while ME did work out because reverse engineering the file system to make it UDK compatible wasn't that big a step, making tools for Frostbite 3 from the ground up...from assets to data manipulation...thats a huge task....if anyone does it, BioWare and EA should buy it, hire the devs on the spot and make it official...which is about as likely to happen as....well anything else that is extremely unlikely to happen.

  9. I don't think there are going to be mods.

The reason behind that is because DA:I is on Frostbite 3, not on the old Eclipse Engine or the Lyrium Engine that DA2 was on.

Modding tools for Frostbite 3 are extremely limited, and a full suite of tools for Frostbite 3 opens up DICE's engine which is used for their Battlefield franchise and is also being used with the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront reboot, to a lot of potential exploits.

Its entirely possible that there will never be an official toolset for modding DA:I, so its likely the best modding potential it may ever see is Texture injection edits like are fairly common in the Mass Effect series.

  10. Gave this a bit of a run on my last restart and really enjoyed the concepts behind it.

But after getting stuck with a gag on that I couldn't remove regardless of how many people I mumbled incoherently to I had to pull it.

I really like the concepts behind SD/SD+ but I wish there was something simpler that just did capture/enslavement without so many moving parts that could potentially break a game.

Granted it may not be SD+'s fault that the gag wouldn't remove, it could have conflicted with one of the other SL mods I'm using, I don't really know..but everything about the game was just fine...I was just stuck with a gag on and couldn't get it off, even with a master key in my inventory, every time I removed it, it would just reattach....this of course led to problems communicating with people so, yeah.

  11.

Yeah...no thanks, I'll stick with 2.06 and ECE, theres absolutely nothing that is going to make me switch to Racemenu any time soon. The tri's are horrifying. Whats more my characters face is the result of years of tweaking and work...

Well that's unfortunate for you. You do realize the tri files are identical right? I'm not even sure why you mentioned the tri files at all. The reason they don't look 100% the same is because there are maybe 4 'base' morphs which are used in ECE, but not in RM, these overwrite the morphs found in replacer tri files for the race. RM doesn't do overwrites because this is retarded, you have to alter the information at cache level, which by nature is volatile and you have no idea if it will even be there. This is why vertex editing stutters so badly, it has to call a full update function repeatedly because they didn't know how to do it any other way. There are also a few other morphs that also act as overwrites to the Nose/Mouth/Eye type sliders, their intention was to just simply add more presets, but they did it by making a new file, then overwriting the entries of the replacer. The reason these morphs don't work correctly in RM is because every morph is relative to the base mesh, when you create a new set of presets (Ones with Shape/Type suffixes) you are changing the preset in addition to what you already have, to make it look as intended you need to change your vanilla type to the base appearance. This isn't always possible as the base preset isn't always an option, usually when you go out of boundaries of the number of actual morphs you have this happens and you end up seeing multiple sets of the no vanilla preset (Your slider has more options than your TRI has presets, which are controlled by global setting).

I personally recommend switching over to RM completely and  redo the face of the character with Citrus head because it's just so much more smooth.

Face importing will solve the problems with moving over to RM from ECE as it will take vertex differences and apply them directly to your characters face regardless of what your sliders are set at (You can still use the sliders after import so you probably want to just reset all of your sliders prior to editing so you can get the full range after import). Imported vertex data will get saved to the slot file as well so you only need to import once, save a preset, then you can just load the preset thereafter.

Importing will NOT allow you to move up to Citrus, it not only has a different topology but a very different number of vertices, the only way I could even get this remotely close is to do skin wrapping or something similar within RM, but yeah that's not happening. Sculpt mode will get basic push/pull/move/lock and that's pretty much it. When you import your head you are essentially importing the vertex differences as though you sculpted them yourself based on what you started with. I will likely have import head available before I actually get sculpt mode working, I still have to program all the manipulation tools. Importing is pretty much already done, I just need to serialize the data to the co-save and refresh it on game load.

Not to dump directly on you because I do respect the work you do but if the tri's are exactly the same I'd be able to get the same results from RM as I get from ECE and generally the differences are fairly stark...I can get close, but the morphs simply cannot be refined as closely.

I recently dumped ECE for RM because of everyone here, generally people I respect for their work like Groovtama (who does great rig work even though his general bedside manner could use a huge improvement) and blabla and people I still consider friends like Shocky all are pretty big on the Racemenu train and hey I understand why, ECE is effectively an "abandoned" system which eventually will be outmoded or invalidated by something updating and causing ECE to no longer function correctly.

But what I get out of RM in regards to facial reproduction doesn't get close to what I've already built in ECE, if the morphs are the same how come the noses in RM are so horrifying? I restart Skyrim a lot, I really don't want to have to rebuild my faces cause that by itself is going to be a huge investment of time and if the resources can't produce the same results I've effectively "lost my character" entirely.

Whats more, as much as the overlay textures for body and facial tattoos and warpaints is really awesome, you take that and then introduce a system like Sexlab Hormones and every time Hormones updates your entire color schema on these overlays goes white. A minor annoyance and largely I don't use a lot of tattoos and warpaint either so I can ignore that, but I can't ignore you saying the tri's are exactly the same when other than to assume you're talking about the base game tris that are common between both systems. if the tri's are the same how come there are 26 lip morphs in ECE and not 26 lip morphs in RM? I mean I get that you guys probably don't want to argue semantics with the peanut gallery and I can respect that too....this is important to me.

    tumblr_nd37k0JWc11tlfvf1o1_1280.jpg

If RM can't reproduce that accurately and in my recent swap to RM from ECE in a game restart, it was not able to...then its not an option for me at all. Cause that took me pretty much my entire history of playing Skyrim to refine...using ECE, for RM to work for me, I have to be able to reproduce that and unfortunately I cannot, the result is close, but the variances are incredibly obvious.

So in all fairness I get that RM is potentially superior to ECE, I respect that you've spent years working on it and continue to do so, and I'd think, out of anyone, someone like you who designs character creation systems, would understand how important peoples characters are to them and would be somewhat understanding of why someone might have deep concerns about using your system if it meant sacrificing characters that are important to them to do so.

So while I respect your work and I of course respect the work that Groovtama does and I also respect the effort that blabla is putting into CITRUS and high poly body upgrades....I can't jump on the RM train cause RM can't remake my character accurately and its not as if I haven't tried.

I am never critical of anything I haven't tried to work with. You know RM and ECE's systems way better than I likely ever will, but I've been building my characters as long as you've been offering a different way to build them, so its not as if I don't know how to make a character without ECE its just that I can't get the same results from RM and I'd think that would be an understandable concern.

Anyways thats off topic for this thread, but I wanted to address it just the same. Far as editing skeletons in nifskope to add weapon placement assignments, I'd rather not, I've done enough modding, I'm not interested in modding other peoples mods simply to play the game. So it looks like I'm going to have to stick with an out dated skeletal rig because...thats the option available to me. Next time I put out a mod (which is likely to be my light armor sets I'm making that fill the gaps in certain Bethesda armor tiers that had no light options) perhaps I'll tell people that if they want features that I've delivered previously on armors I've converted on the Nexus...like....I dunno...textures...that all they have to do is open up Photoshop and use the UV Map PSD's I've provided and they can make their own. Sounds fair right?

  12. Good lore observation of the khajit, though I always envisioned the bumps to be up to the head and for some reason the head was always thicker but you can only really assume so much from reading the unedited version of The Real Barenziah so...good work.

Argonian looks a little brutal which fits the race though the shaft might benefit from more thickness to blend up to the glans in a way that makes the entire thing look as imposing as the glans itself. Also perhaps a cartilaginous ridge up the middle of the top of the shaft to add another level of reptilian to the visuals?

I probably spend way too much time thinking about what penises should look like and I'll shut up now. Good work though. Nice to see someone around here cares enough about the male side of things to do some additions to the toolbox.

    1

  13. Male body mods got zero attention in Skyrim, compared to the 9 million female body mod variants, its a crying shame.

Don't get me wrong, a well built male is fairly attractive but there are so many things wrong with the male bodies in use and nobody really cares to do much about it because as long as Schlongs of Skyrim works, the only part of a male that apparently matters is handled.

I'm not advanced enough in 3DSMax to fix this problem myself, otherwise I might give it a run because while an attractive male body mod might not get the billion downloads CBBE has gotten, there are plenty of ladies that play Skyrim that wouldn't mind if their in game male counterparts got a high poly upgrade that included more than just a penis.

Not sure why but the FOMOD installer since 2.13 hasn't properly installed B1H, it does properly assign quiver assignment to Frostfall position but no B1H option comes up..just the option to animate drawing from B1H, I just tried 2.14 and the same problem was evident.

Last version I have that works for moving 1 handed sword position to the back is 2.06. Perhaps I'm missing something here?

Readin the descriptiong and the last 7 pages of post where it was multiple explained what changed with the weapon variants?

Uh yeah....I guess. Don't mind me for trusting your installs to be relatively consistent...I'll go relearn your skeleton...again.

Thanks for your absolutely peachy and friendly attitude.

BTW the original post description gives absolutely no information about changes to node assignment for weapons on the back. Not that I can see at least.

I guess I'll dig through seven forum pages because apparently thats what I should do to be smart.

EDIT: After reading back seven or so pages, it appears I now MUST have Racemenu installed to assign alternate weapon positions?

Yeah...no thanks, I'll stick with 2.06 and ECE, theres absolutely nothing that is going to make me switch to Racemenu any time soon. The tri's are horrifying. Whats more my characters face is the result of years of tweaking and work...so yeah, screw that, I'll stick with 2.06 and if there are any super outstanding issues I'll revert back to 1.93ar50 cause I still have that backed up. I only updated because usually updates mean improvements. I don't consider having Racemenu shoved down my throat an improvement.

  16. The SH3 Model Gynoid by Buttgraab Industries

    tumblr_inline_ndygzgGvHO1t0janr.png

    Android Quality: Future Tech
Android Status: Sentient | Super Hot

    Trait Chip Status:

    • Sentience
    • Efficient
    • Limitless Learning
    • Capacity To Love
    • Robotany Gardener
    • Competent Cleaner
    • Steel Chef

    SH3 Model Details:

    tumblr_inline_ndyhl1ezdi1t0janr.png

Due to a malfunction during secondary neural net design, the SH3 is more adaptive to living as a sentient being and is capable of companionship with plumbots, simbots, other androids, members of the occult races (fine people really, salt of the earth, salt of the earth), our alien overlords, and of course sims!

The stock model is designed completely as a family home assistant, but with a few tweaks to the personality bank, SH3 is more than capable of sustaining a job and a real life, even as a single unit, "living" on their own.

Extremely efficient, this unit should only require recharging once every 72 hours, making SH3's battery life 900% more functionally efficient an an IPhone 5, and of course, far easier on the eyes than SIRI.

    -Some Assembly Required-

    Hair - Alesso Wine
Skintone - Jointed Dollskin by Klavix
Eyes - Eyes Glow by Gnatgosplat | Illusive Man Eyes by Gnatgosplat
    Brows - Arisuka
Clothing - Starfire Outfit by Kaliedofrog | Metalized Bodysuit by Lore

    Installation Protocol:

The attached file has a sims3pack for those that prefer to use the launcher. Simply place it in your Downloads folder and install with the launcher.

For those that prefer loose installation, there is a Packages folder, which has a few shareable slider files that I use that if you don't have them, SH3 will not look anything like the picture on the box, so even if you use the sims3pack to install the SH3 model gynoid, please install the silder packages unless you already have them.

Place the SH3_.sim file in your Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Saved Sims folder.

Place the package files in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages

Then visit the above supplied links to ensure you have the creator resources used to create the SH3 model Gynoid.

    Download - Mediafire

    Disclaimer:

This gynoid was achieved using NRAAS Master Controller, if you do not have it, you may get variable results in your installation of the SH3 model gynoid.

The holo-receptor is a legacy byproduct of the design process, after much debate on the engineering floor, it was decided that the holo-receptor would be kept in the design because without it, it would be hard for most sims to tell the difference between the SH3 model gynoid and a regular sim, thus leading to potentially awkward one night stands.

Repetitive insertion of foreign objects into the SH3 model gynoid's Mons port may cause euphoria and addiction, and also, friction burns if the saline gel injection unit malfunctions. Please use caution when utilizing the SH3 model gynoid's Mons port. As the engineers at Buttgraab Industries say..."Check it before you wreck it."

It is not advised to utilize the SH3 model gynoid in homes with male teen sims between the ages of 10 and 18 due to potential complications that may arise. Buttgraab Industries does not assume liability for potential complications and purchase of the SH3 model Gynoid is an agreement in whole that you won't be suing us because your son (or daughter) has taken cybering to a whole new level (of awesome).

We here at Buttgraab Industries hope you enjoy your purchase of the SH3 model gynoid!

    Future Plans:

    - Rework skintone for metalized variant with accessory highlight map.

    - Update firmware to make Mons port less demanding.

    - Resolve bug in firmware programming that causes the SH3 model to occasionally ask you "does this outfit makes my ass look fat" because...that shit doesn't fly coming out of an android...seriously.

    - Re-engineer design to remove visible holo-receptor from design.

    - File for Chapter 13 bankruptcy after liquidating all Buttgraab Industries financial assets through offshore banks to Swiss accounts.

  17. Sexlab Versioning:

MCM add-on that queries registered Sexlab plugins for version data, compares strings to latest versions on Loverslab and notifies of updates available(blue version number) or incompatible version installations(red version number on out of date plugins), and up to date versioning (green version number).

Runs once on UI load from game start, does not allow for refresh to cut down on potential overload to version string source.

Due to the lack of penis or boobs in the above suggestion, the logo for the plugin should probably be a stylized pair of boobpenis unicorns locked in mortal combat.

(that last bit makes far less sense than the first part, its not as funny as it thinks it is)....anyways the reason I'm adding this as a suggestion to the main Sexlab suite is because I don't think its responsible for a third party developer to design something that has the potential to query the LL site for data without that being designed with some strict controls that don't cause the Lab to roll over and die because of the amount of people pixel boinking in Skyrim that have Sexlab installed. Since Ashal presumably has the keys to the kingdom in reference to SQL string data that can be referenced remotely, it only makes sense that Sexlab itself could do this in the most efficient manner possible, since all Sexlab mods do register with it in some way after all. So overall I think it should probably be added as a page on the main Sexlab MCM as compared to a third party trying to do this and botching it up badly.

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, anyways the main deal here is that this could run string version check on UI load, main thing I'm not entirely sure of is whether MCM and SKSE can actually handle a non-local resource query  or not.....something tells me if that was possible that mod managers would kind of be a thing of the past already since you could...in theory, keep a suite of mods updated via MCM itself, if this was a functional possibility...cause someone smarter than me has had to have already thought this out. So since this isn't already a standard there are probably extremely valid reasons why.

Don't mind me, talking to myself here while sharing ideas.

  18.

Can we get this shit off the forums? Nobody in the real world cares about any of this, nobody in the modding world cares about this. The only place where people care about this is in the little psychoshit world these two sides have built for themselves to play in. Trying to drag LL into this game of theirs is just going to piss people off enough for them to leave, and bring in people we really don't want here.

Nobody's attempting to drag anybody into anything. It's just a discussion among adults, in the area intended for general discussion, on a topical subject for which some of us adults here might have a perspective. We deal in adult mods, mostly of a sexual nature. At least one side of the war have had us firmly in their iron sights, and the other are saying they're standing up for us.

You seem a bit overly sensitive flower. Let's not turn it into a crisis just yet.

He does have a point though. We can have a fairly constructive and objective conversation amongst ourselves, but LL is search engine indexed and this thread could attract the attention of people that would gladly crucify this site to serve their own agendas.

Nah, not really. We've been pretty good at running sock puppets out of town in the past. We're a pretty tight-knit community here, not a lot gets past us.

Oh, and do a search on Gamergate, see how many hits you get, then see where this site features in that very long list. Unless people are deliberately looking for a connection between it and this site, they're going to have to wade through just about every other specialist and MSM outlet before they get a sniff of this.

Stop wishing the sky is going to fall. Have a little faith in the ability for adults to engage in discussion without resorting to sticks and stones.

Thats not specifically what I'm saying. I have personal experience with social pressures forcing me to abandon this site, in the past, even before this whole smoke screen dressed up as a social crusade against misogyny/misandry to divert attention from questions of journalistic ethics even occurred. I had a well established community persona, I enjoyed the collaborative efforts of it and members of my family wanted me not associated with it due to how that could be publicly and politically construed, I had to request my previous account get fully wiped out of the system and only came back some months after based on a twitter registration that is masked through a dummy gmail account attributed to someone else entirely that is a friend, and understands the situation I'm stuck in.

No one is wishing the sky is going to fall and I have no concerns with the ability of this community to discuss this internally with maturity seeing as maturity is what we do around here....my concerns are the thread will attract the attention of journalists looking to continue throwing gas on the fire and I don't want this site, or its rather quirky community subjected to the judgment of this kangaroo court going on in gaming media and social journalism right now.

  19.

  20. I'd like to see a manager designed around keeping various sexual integration systems for the games LL supports...it would make it a lot easier to keep track of whats been updated and keep the installs a bit more functionally controlled.

Overall a small manager to manage and version check SexLab/Sexout/Lovers/HDTPE/SOS and what not would be great, just so I didn't have to hunt down a ton of of different threads and keep like 30 seperate book marks to see when somethings been updated.

  21. You know it says an awful lot about a social issue when those of us that spend our time here, can have a more civil and meaningful conversation on a subject that we could ostensibly be accused of enabling, than the people that are arguing about it anywhere else.

The fact that misogyny and misandry have been brought to the forefront of the discussion to obscure the facts of journalistic and ethical corruption is somewhat sad and frustrating.

I mean if you really and truly thought that "real news" outlets like CNN or Fox or MSNBC or whatever were attempting to hide their own corruption by screaming about social issues at the top of their lungs and white knighting various talking head pundits to push that agenda....most of these news sources would end up under Congressional investigation.

But since its just "vidya games"....who cares that the entire argument is being directed and controlled by the people that are attempting to downplay their own ethical failings when whats really important is to focus on how crazy gamers are and how male gamers are all psychotic rapist murderers just waiting for an opportunity to join ISIS and mutilate female genitalia in the name of Allah.

This entire scenario is disgusting, and the fact that, we, the actual deviants in the equation, actually have a clearer and more substantive view of it than most other parts of the internet and mainstream media involving themselves in the discussion is, frankly, laughable.

  22. Glad these are here, HoT doesn't appear to be automatically sending its registration mails to my ISP..like at all, not sure why, can't even find it in my spam folder. So otherwise I wouldn't even be able to get them.

Nicely done sets really, very natural, well articulated usage of the skeleton rig too as compared to some animations I've seen.

    Thanks for these Amra72.
