    A lot of us actually do... Skyrim sure had some crazy shit developed for it, but you just need to look at the SL forum to see that the lore-friendly mods were the backbone that everyone built upon (and that many of us limited ourselves to).
  2. Synth Style

    I was SO disappointed with the Synth armor pieces. They look like you're just wearing PVC pipes around your wrists and ankles, and they can't even be 'shadowed' like all the other armor pieces to make them less obnoxious... It's one of the first things I really want modded (after a proper keyboard/UI fix), and I don't care if they're sexy or not at first. I just want it to look like real Synth gear and not a 5-minute Halloween costume.

    @Kernel39: You really seem to be looking for a reason to harsh the Bethsoft mellow so let me just lay this little fact on you: There is ALWAYS a delay between a Bethesda game's release, and the release of the modding tools for that game... Just look at the past history:   Skyrim released on November 11, 2011 - The Creation Kit released on February 7, 2012   Fallout 3 released on October 28, 2008 - The G.E.C.K. released on December 11, 2008   Oblivion released on March 20, 2006 - The Construction Set released March 20, 20o... Ok, bad example. Not quite "always". (But the only documentation back then was a wiki)   The point is that more recently it's always taken them some time after the game's release to get the toolset in order. We don't just get an unsupported copy of their internal tools, instead with each new game we've gotten an ever-more-elaborate release, with supporting documentation and (for Skyrim) even video guides to working with those tools in a kind of 'Babby's First Mod' way.   So just chill out mate. They haven't backflipped on modding support, they've said since E3 that the we could expect the tools in the new year (i.e. not accompanying the game release) and in fact this timeline suggests a comprehensive level of documentation and guides will accompany them... Just be patient.

    There's already a Downloads subforum for Adult Mods. It has 2 threads in it... Seriously, it's going to be months, at least, before we start needing index stickies to keep track of things.
  6. Patiently waiting for SevenBase

    Could we all continue to encourage modders to collaborate on a single comprehensive mesh and skeleton that they can customise with their own individual slider sets? The improvement from FO3/NV with all the different body types and dependent armors to late-Skyrim with the ease of BodySlide was massive, and it'd be just peachy keen if we could continue that trend right from the outset in FO4, instead of taking a couple of steps backward before we start progressing again.
  7. I've updated the OP with the suggestions that aren't spoilers for me personally.   @DrWhooves, I added your Codsworth comment but really we all know who and where he is. It's the very first quest when you leave the vault after all... Can you describe what kind of encounter you'd like to see so I can add that?   I'm not adding NPC raiders, Beasts or other Cannon Fodder. We'll no doubt get some version of Submit/Defeat, Creature Framework, etc to cover those things. I'm focusing on encounters with named NPC's, quest-givers, followers, unique random encounters and the like. Anything that has a story element to it, a conversation or interaction of some kind. I don't want this to be a general suggestion thread so much as a resource for modders when they're looking for NPC's to fit some mod idea they have, or to check what kinds of interactions we want with a given character.

    As a lorehound it really would bother me, because there are no nanobots in the Fallout canon and their use in this context is kinda like saying "well it's just magic"... I'd rather have a less hand-wavy approach that really works -with- the lore, and I think we can achieve that.   In Fallout Tactics there were references to a kind of repair-bot called Decobots (Decabots? Something like that), but they were the size of bugs, the smallest autonomous technology ever created in this universe (If you treat Tactics as true canon, which is a separate debate). They certainly weren't the kind of thing you can populate synth-sperm with though.

    They are file replacers, but we need a way to read and recompile that type of file with new data. The mesh properties change with each new Bethsoft game as their technology is developed further, so the old tools have never (in my recollection) worked with the newest game. We're always left waiting for an updated toolset.

    I'm pretty sure ALL of the body mesh mods are going to have to wait until the GECK / Mod Tools come out early next year. Unless it's possible to make some changes in the normal maps I think you're going to have to live with it for a couple of months.

    Ever since the trailer I've been thinking about this from exactly the opposite perspective... Humans capturing synths and reprogramming them to be deviant gynoids. I'm not really sure how you'd make the "transform humans through sex" thing plausible and lore... well... tolerant (not even friendly necessarily). I think a more interesting idea would be to lock humans into a synth exo-skeleton (using the power armor mechanic), with all their orifices penetrated, while the synth slowly claims and transforms them. When the process is complete it could shed the exo-skeleton, allowing it to be used on a new victim, and emerge as a proper 'skin job'... Somewhat similar to the Flowering Spriggan quest in SD+.

To contribute something constructive, there are some basic features I really want, and I'm hoping the modders coordinate with each other even more this time around to achieve them. I think with each new Bethesda game we've really seen an increased effort by modders to coordinate their efforts and cooperate more with each other, and I hope we can all encourage that sort of approach... To that end I'd like:   1) A community standard body mesh and skeleton with slider support. Body sculptors would be developing slider sets instead of their own independent meshes, but they could also contribute to the refinement of the mesh and skeleton to meet the needs of modellers and animators.   2) FNIF... 'Nuf said.   3) Genderless Schlongs of Fallout... Out-of-the-box support for futa, trans, synth, bot, mutant, etc. Whatever the cock-modellers come up with. By all means make the default distribution exclude females, but that should just be an MCM setting, not a whole series of additional mods I have to install.   4) HDT in an easy-to-install package. And this should be anticipated or pre-supposed by all the efforts above. (I.e. referring back to 1), give the meshes vaginas and anuses, even if noone's figured out how to utillise them yet. Give the skeletons attach points for tails, ears, hell even multiple cocks. Whatever we can reasonably expect the community to want, knowing what eventually developed for Skyrim's HDT physics system.   5) On a personal note, more encouragement and better support for a system like CEO's 0SEX mod, since we're not only about the slavery, subjugation and beastiality (mutantiality?). Fun as they may be.

  15. Welcome to the forum Suspect! I haven't been to Goodneighbour yet, hell I'm not even sure where it is... But since this is literally still a discovery process for all of us I'd really appreciate it if you could be more diligent in hiding potential spoilers. That's why everything I posted beyond names is nested in spoiler tags; so we can record these encounters as we go, but without ruining them for anyone else... It's easy to do, just select the text you want to hide and hit the eyeball icon on the toolbar.   [For my part I can't play again till sunday, thanks to prior commitments, so I'm really trying to avoid reading or watching anything about the game in the meantime.]
  16. Major Forum Updates - Work In Progress

    I like the new layout so far, but I've got a couple of minor gripes:   Chrome and Android notifications: I'm wary of notifications on a NSFW site. I mashed 'allow' by mistake on the tablet this morning because I was still bleary-eyed, and had to figure out where to undo it... Maybe the default should be 'off' though?   The link to a forum thread on the download page is labled "Get Support" (the old one IIRC was "Support Thread", which I wasn't really a fan of). I think the vast majority of us here live in the forum threads, not on the download pages. We don't just need help with mods we download, we want to discuss them, make suggestions and even -offer- support... If I didn't already know where to look for the button it would not really be obvious to me where the linkback was to a forum discussion. Which is a really long way of saying could we just label it "Forum Thread"? :)

  18. I'm back again... After carefully updating my game to support the new framework (v1.60 H2), and bringing all my mods up to date, I'm having problems with BDIC again.   The problem is that all my creatures have cocks, but they're always in the flaccid state. No creature ever gets a hardon.   Can someone clarify the load order in the OP for me? It's got SL Framework in the middle, but the framework is an ESM not an ESP, so I can't make SkyTEST or SIC load before it... Also MNC comes packaged with SexLabNudeCreatures.esp + DG.esp + DB.esp. Should I be loading these before MNC or between MNC and BDIC?   Currently my load order looks something like this:   [uI Stuff] [Texture/Landscape stuff] SkyTEST SIC [HDT Stuff] [soS Stuff] [immersion: Hunterborn/Frostfall/RND/BFT] [Weapons] [Armors] [PerMa Stuff] SexLabNudeCreatures SexLabNudeCreaturesDG SexLabNudeCreaturesDB MNC BDIC BDIC SkyTest Patch [sexLab Content, ending with SD+ and Defeat] [Alternate Start] [PatchusMaximus] - This has to go last.
  19. A couple of questions: The HTD collisions seem to work (most noticable if I turn the size all the way up), only not with the HDT vagina. Has anyone else had this problem? ... Secondly, are there any alternative textures available? The scholng is very orange on light-skinned bodies. You can even see it in the OP screenshot. I'd like it to have a more natural skin tone, although for the moment it's less noticable since I switched followers from Jordis to Rayya (a Redguard).

  22. I've got it toggled off just for now, but I really want it on for all the other females in the game. And I know where to toggle my own SL gender, but I can't find anything like that for followers. Can you point me in the right direction? [Edit: Ahh, SLEN. Got it... Couldn't find it anywhere in Framework 1.60 H2... SLEN also let's you set gender by SoS schlong type, which is awesome. Thank you!]
  23. Searched the thread but couldn't see this mentioned before: UUNP has a load of skimpy armors where the vagina should be accessible, but wearing any armor seems to freeze the lips in place. Is there any way to make this work -with- selected armors? Something like the 'revealing' option in SoS?
  24. I turned Jordis The "Sword" Maiden into a futa, but I can't figure out how to stop SL from equipping her with a strapon too. Any ideas?
  25. Can anyone think of a handy way to turn all Orc females into futa? I find myself wishing they were.
