-i tried it this way in the beginning, wasnt sure if this would work or not. 

when the animation is suppose to begin all i see is the characters standing there. i tried with bighorn and i see bighorn animation but my character stands there. i also saw when my follow was doing the animation, the male npc body disappears and all i see is the head and hands.

-originally i installed mods on nexus mod manager but then i saw i have to use FOMM. did that contribute to the problem?

wow thank you, yes tht did help. i didnt read ALL the instructions at beginning, many apologies. 

I use UNPBO 3.2 no pube no labia and there are some strange graphic errors from time to time if I strip females. It seems that the come from the genital region (see ss). This does not happen with every female and this is the fact that confuses me.  any ideas what causes this errors?

And I think I found an error with the converted light elven armor. It looks like as if the panty got some missing textures because they are light blue.

basically i have same problem for the first 4 screenshots but for majority of all npc characters and i do not know what problem is. 

hi i have another question. the npcs when they get stripped, the females have like this blackness coming from lower body and in past i could just change their weight to 100 or 0 and problem solved, but now it will not change if i use tht command. any suggestions?
