This is just me but Windows 7 64 bit is the most stable imho.  Windows 8 and even 8.1 still feel to...well...IPad like for my taste.  They are working on Windows 9 and it's looking promising but given the cluster fuck Windows 8 was (only holds about 11% of the market, the rest is spread between Windows 7 and XP) many analysts are saying if Windows 9 doesn't live up to its expectations it could potentially hurt the franchise.   http://www.techradar.com/news/software/operating-systems/why-microsoft-must-ensure-windows-9-is-a-big-success-1263870   If they want to minimize as much damage as possible the only advice I can give is this; STOP WITH THE GRAFTING OF TOUCHPAD OPTIONS ON A DESKTOP OS.   I see what Microsoft is trying to do.  They think that's where the market is leading.  Sure if you're on an Ipad or smartphone but not a fucking desktop!  Most 1080p and now the new 4k monitors DO NOT HAVE touch screen options and it makes very little sense to tell someone to dump their $500 monitor for a new $7000 monitor with touch screen.   Give Windows 9 the same option Windows 8.1 does but broader; an option to completely disable the touch pad option and go straight to the desktop traditional browser.  Windows 9 would sell like hot cakes as long as it has good Mantle support.

Okay I didn't want to say anything but while I was experimenting with certain body mods (I'm playing a naturalist/super thief so I want realism in my game play.  underwear that seems glued on isn't very realistic >.<) and I found out literally by accident that the SevenBase 7b Natural works perfectly with your mod.  use only the meshes though and replace femalebody/femalehand meshes.  Do not, I repeat, DO NOT REPLACE ANYTHING ELSE OTHER THAN THOSE.  stick with in mod version texture packs.   It works perfectly although if you look very closely in third person you can see a very faint neck seam.  now thankfully this changes the body to something more adult looking.  Basically looks like a normal woman in her 19-25 range who is just really petite.  Also in order to keep up with RP style I'm also using the Athletics mod.  Ysmir Kyishkah blitz's around people like they're standing still.  Seeing her sprint is like watching a SR-71 at top speed flying away.  Good luck catching her xD   (note:  she's also my no kill challenge.  Need that speed or I'm dead; pooling all stats into stamina and magicka with only 100 health.  Keeping her alive on Legendary is a bitch =O)

I work the frozen section at a local Walmart.  The one thing that REALLY boils my blood are the little ass wipes that get something that's frozen, decide they don't want it and then leave it to thaw out somewhere ending up with shrinkage.  I wish them a day in Hell for that
