there is the Alexander Race wthich has a quite skinny body. If you just want the body as a replacer for other races as well you could try swapping out the nifs of the other races and if you want the same weight on all males you can duplicate the malebody_0 and delete malebody_1 and rename the 2nd malebody_0 to .._1 -

oh yes now I've seen it aswell but if you look at the garter you'll notice that there are no condoms in the chapi version so it might be a mix of both or smt

the hat is from here the 2nd outfit is from here face was made using Racemenu or ECE don't know which one and the textures have been made with this or Eihei textures but the 1st one is more likely Skin is oily due to ENB settings in the environment tab and the ENB is DH ENB

The textures on the last one are private and the dress looks like the original to me, I'm pretty positive that it's not a retexture -
