I use it, and don't have any issues. It makes bandits a lot better and realistic, meaning a more immersive game. And a lot harder!

Medieval 2, Empire Total War, Rome 2 are all good. Rome total war people say is better than Rome 2, but I don't think so. Only good because of mods, but people forgot that. My experience with Rome 1 without mods Have heavy cavalry general. Defend city against 10,000 enemy troops on hardest difficulty, with only heavy cavalry general. Have general route 10,000 enemy troops with few losses Medieval 2, there is Europa Barbarum II that changes it to a rome total war game and you can spend days and days of gameplay reading the history of each unit, nation and province. The devs put a TON of work into the history of everything. Its in alpha though I think last I looked. Empire total war is probably my favorite though, its the whole world to conquer Rome 2 is a close second though.

Well, I can't think of too many modern historical RTS games. The historical ones have turned into games like Civ, Total War or Europa Universalis. The historical stuff seems to have gone less RTS and more epic strategy games. In fact, it seems there is less RTS around being released overall, as far as I have been able to tell. I haven't heard of any coming out any time soon that are massive. Maybe some kickstarter ones, dunno. I personally play Civ 4 caveman2cosmos mod and Civ 5 is better with mods. I'm kinda liking Civ 5 more than Civ 4 now that its been updated and stuff. Rome 2 Total War is a lot better than it was at release. The problem with Rome 2 (and Attila) and the upcoming warhammer total war, is DLC whoring at its finest. Except maybe a bit hypocritical since I support... Europa Universalis 4 and Crusader Kings 2 are really good, kind of spreadsheetish kind of gameplay though. Out of those two, EU4 is a lot more fun...after trying EU4, and then playing CK2 the map for CK2 is so tiny its hard to adjust lol. But both just depend what you are looking for (CK2 is like playing The Sims, EU4 like sim city...not the same genre, but you may get the point) Except Eu4 and CK2 do just as much DLC whoring as total war, and everyone hates creative assembly for it, but are completely fine with EU4 and CK2 with it...which I run into the same mind thinking xD Outside of those though. Its a bunch of MUCH older games. Maybe try Empire Earth 2, I think it has an HD version? Or maybe not, but you can get it on GOG. EE 1 and 2 are both really good, but skip EE 3 that one was lame. Rise of Nations Extended on Steam may be worth trying, but its only sorta like an RTS. Its been updated to be a bit more modern graphics wise. Still a much older game. Seems like a slow time for RTS games, especially the historical ones. A lot of historical epic strategy games like Civ/EU etc...but not any new modern historical RTS as far as I've seen.

Wow, looks great. My personal favorite of those is the blue and purple. Thanks

ENB rampage is my newest favorite, looks EXTREMELY realistic (to me anyway) http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y149/Vendayn/Riverwood03.jpg But wow is it an FPS killer lol. Don't use it on anything less than a GTX 970 4gb or you'll regret it

What are we doing? Why have we done it?

Personally, I don't do the sexlab stuff. It doesn't run very nicely on a gameplay oriented setup that is already a bit script heavy. And I'm more interesting in playing than having a separate mod organizer install for sexlab that I'd never use. But, I get the nude and body mods with jiggly boobs because its kinda hot and is more realistic than stiff barbie-doll looking characters. Everybody should love bouncing boobs Plus, I treat my characters like artwork in a way...I can spend half a day making a character to get her just how I want her and then take lots of screenshots. -
Thanks

Out of these two characters (3 versions) - Which do you like best?
Vendayn posted a topic in Skyrim General Discussion
Trying to decide which to stick with as a main one to take screenshots of and play Skyrim. I'm not interested in playing more than one character in a game, as I lose interest very fast if I have more than one "main" character. I like alts and all, but I like sticking with one character for the most part. But, can't really decide which of these two characters I like best (a 3rd option for same character, but a different texture/body). Whoever gets the best feedback, I'll stick with. I mostly play Skyrim to take screenshots of my character(s) anyway First is Ariel Auduin. I've played her a long time and she is the base for the other character. Uses a customized Monli race, except vastly different from base Monli. Using Hikari follower as base for body and head textures/meshes And as a warning, expect it to be NSFW. And screenshots are a bit out of order on my photobucket sadly. Ariel Auduin. She is my longest played character (except I've started new games with her). Looks pretty realistic to me, and I've always liked her. She definitely has been one of my favorites I've made. Though before I was using UNPB textures and meshes, but I didn't really like it. Hikari body meshes and textures looks VASTLY better to me. So...opinions on the 3 of them? From my friends personal comments "number one is maybe most unique, number two is my favorite for some reason, number three looks most realistic and would be a very close 2nd choice. Except looks more typical" -

Since I don't want to make a new thread every time I want to ask for a comparison. What hair style do you like most on my new character? 1. or 4. (for those who really really hate the above) ALL THOSE SO UGLY ON HER! FIND NEW HAIR STYLE -
Imagining this made me laugh so hard. But outside of that, it sounds like some conflict with animations and probably installed wrong.
-
Could the idle animation mod cause it? I did notice it changes the way the character looks around (like my character looks down more or to the side) Its lifelike idle animations. That was the only new mod I got, but that was 3 days ago and it seemed fine...but I might just not have noticed it. Hm...well guess I'll try another idle mod and see if that doesn't do the trick. Be a bit weird fix, doubt it will work...never know. Thats the only relatively recent change I made in my game though.

A few scenic shots and then pictures of Laenaya.

Whatever came with Citrus body. The beta version came with its own textures. It had the same issue though. And I'm using the...Hikari body textures. But, I re-did everything and removed all the character textures and it was still happening even with vanilla character textures. And that was even after I used steam to scan for any missing skyrim files. HOWEVER, in 100% vanilla characters, the neck seam went away when I removed the above ENBs I mentioned. Then putting the modded meshes/textures in, the neck seam/color mismatch came back even without ENB. I probably need to re-do everything, but that is too much work after I put so much time into my skyrim setup. I'd just give up skyrim if I have to re-do it at this point. Hence why I am doing very little in adding more mods or changing things And grim and somber fixes the issue anyway. And I've had this issue WAY before even Citrus and modding the game, so no idea what is causing it. All I know is grim and somber fixes the problem (edit: I did try coverwoman texture or whatever, and its supposed to have a neckseam fix. And its for UNP (citrus said get unp textures so thats what I got) and it didn't do anything to solve it. But the neckseam mismatch only happens in interiors with grim and somber, outdoors its not a problem (like I said) and only grim and somber so far fixes whatever the issue is Also one final thing. The problem just came up randomly. I changed nothing, and suddenly there was a neckseam mismatch even though that wasn't an issue just two days ago. And I didn't even change anything in my mod setup...no idea why it suddenly appeared. I didn't remove, add or change any mod.

The funny thing is. I tried using Kountervibe, and got a HUGE issue with head color mismatch and body mismatch. Like a dark head with normal body. Tried serenity and it was even WORSE Went back to using grim and somber azura and the body mismatch and neck seam went away. Still a slight issue in interiors, but very little even then and not an issue in exteriors (outdoor locations) at all. Any time I try a different enb than grim and somber the neck seam comes back and color-mismatch, no matter what ENB it is. Grim and somber does something that "fixes" the issue. And I did try setting enblocal fixgammatint to false (or whatever its called) and that didn't work. And setting it to true didn't work either. That fixes it for people, but not me.

Yeah, LAL was causing issues for me (the new version, the older one didn't. I tried older version and it worked again) to getting Ysolda's mammoth dildo quest. She wouldn't give me the quest to let me give her, her mammoth dildo. So since only single mod I changed was alternate start, live another life...I reverted back to the version I had before and the quest worked fine after that (had to start a new save though). I don't even have perkus maximus, but I do have SkyRE. And I read all over the place to force the quest to start, but sadly...you can't force start Ysolda's quest Was so annoying lol. -
There is better vampires (which lets you keep the same look of your character, but don't think it changes vampire lord) and that other one on Nexus. But those are very very light compared to http://tesall.ru/topic/9272-mivs-vampirism-overhaul/ sadly, the BEST vampire overhaul that is vastly better isn't in english There is also this I found on google search http://www.loverslab.com/topic/21384-shaydows-vampirelord-overhaul-v2-12814/ Could it be that one? That one looks pretty good for a vampire lord change.
