  1. Frostfall 3.0 this summer

I have tropical skyrim so I wouldn't feel like wanting to use frostfall If I am playing a cold climate Skyrim, I feel like I should use Frostfall otherwise it isn't really very realistic to go around naked ignoring the cold. But. Every time I used frostfall, it would increase my save from 8mb to 13mb (at the very start of the game. Over time, it would go up 17mb (unlike 12-13 on my usual play throughs) and just not load the save. And only when frostfall was installed) and cause a lot of issues. Probably doesn't like being in a mod heavy game with sexlab stuff.

  3. skyrim crash at 10:00 pm of 17th

I had this problem, but seems like I fixed it   I removed sexlab attraction and approach. Which I have a feeling was one or both of those causing it.   I also removed   Moonlight tales, easter egg hunt 2013 (dunno why I had that, think my friend put it there for laughs lol)...true storms, bandolier bag mod, millwater retreat, sounds of skyrim dungeons (it crashed even without this mod) and that is it   If anyone else gets this issue. Do you have any of the above mods? What would happen in my game, is I'd wait 35+ days. Then after a certain time/date it would crash afterwards. I couldn't wait/sleep past it, couldn't skip time to pass it. Removing those mods, I can wait far past that without a crash.   Pretty sure attraction/approach was the issue.   (edit: Oh yeah. And I removed TDF prostitution (since I already had that other prostitution mod) and Deadly Dragons. Which it would have been those too. Deadly Dragons does cause a ton of CTDs for people and very script intensive)
  4. Fallout 4 Discussion Thread

One of the first mods I hope comes out, and should be easy as all the assets are right there.   Pre-war Fallout Overhaul.   The assets already exist since the beginning of the game has all the pre-war stuff.   I think that be epic and look amazing.

I've been trying to get mod organizer to work for ages. I open it, then it just closes on itself. I tried 12 hours, no breaks, trying to get it to work and even talked to the creator of the mod. But he was as confused as I was. No error, nothing...just closes. Even tried the obvious stuff like admin mode, firewall and what not. No idea lol.   In any case. I'll try adding this mod back in. See if removing those two mods fixed it. If not, I'll look through and see what else I probably don't need lol.   (edit: It works! Guess too many script mods. But loading saves/saving at wait and sleep all don't lead to skyrim closing (no error, just closed) to desktop)   Now to see if the game keeps going good Before adding this mod, I was able to play my 200 something (think 213 hours) character with no issues with about the same mods.
  6. hydra_slavegirls

Yup, not the mod. It just overloaded the game.   I added immersive creatures, and the same thing with saves started happening. Now I remember why I removed it a month ago, cause it was causing the same "bug". I was wondering why it wasn't in my mod load order lol.   I also removed camping and frostfall. I play tropical skyrim, so frostfall wasn't needed.   Anyone see any other mods I can remove, that might help make this mod work? Not skyrim monster mod or any of the animal mods I have...those are staying in my game no matter what mod load order I have. I'm also keeping draugnarok as that is part of my gameplay. And tundra defense is staying. Those are the only mods "required" in my mod setup, excluding the sexlab stuff. iNeeds is nice, might keep that anyway...its not that intensive and makes food actually useful lol.   And I removed frostfall/camping already.
  7. hydra_slavegirls

Yeah, I do have a lot of mods that add NPCs (skyrim monster mod, think I have immersive creatures...some other animal mods). Its probably too much for the game with this mod added (as this mod adds TONS of NPCs)   And I play ENB, all effects on (SSAO etc), ENB boost, SKSE memory patch and I've tried that one mod (both off/on) that fixes infinite loading. But I don't use it anymore as SKSE memory patch fixes that anyway.   My PC plays Skyrim at 40+ FPS at all times, with ENB off its 60 FPS capped   GTX 970 4gb factory overclocked 8 gig DDR3 ram i5 660 3.3 GHz CPU Just a regular hard drive (not an SSD) Windows 7 64bit   I play Witcher 3, DSR at 2715 resolution, with hairworks on and all effects on with no issues   Skyrim I play with no issues at all   Haven't run into a game that has any issues.   So its probably just too much NPCs added with this mod ON TOP of the other mods I have that add NPCs. But to be honest, I'd rather have more monsters and animals   (though to add: But, this mod looks great. I really like all the NPCs it adds. But, I don't want to sacrifice my monsters and animals. Too bad I can't use skyrim monster mod+immersive creatures+animal stuff AND this one This mod does add a lot of "life" to skyrim. But I have other script intensive mods too, but they don't really cause any issues in my game)
  8. hydra_slavegirls

I have a major problem with this mod. It happened even in the older versions.   If this mod is loaded, I can play 5+ hours of Skyrim just fine. No crashes or anything.   However, if I wait/sleep somewhere, it insta crashes on save   Yet, I can save normally through menu or the save command in console window   But here is where the mod breaks for me. The save only goes up to 12-13 MB (it starts at 11), however...if I try to load that save. Even from a new save, or from loading to qasmoke or anywhere else...I can never load that save again. It starts loading it, and then crashes right to desktop. Also, with this mod active...papyrus save cleaner and that other save cleaner mod CRASHES on trying to load the "broken" save. Papyrus cleaner mod just never loads the save properly and loads for an infinite amount of time (let it run 39 hours once and it never did anything), and the other save cleaner just crashes on loading the broken save.   When I remove this mod, I start a new save (I always start new saves any time I add/remove a mod)...and the game never crashes on wait/sleep and loads saves just fine.   Here is my load order. Hydra slave isn't in because I removed it. It breaks my game. Makes saves completely unloadable, even from qasmoke or anywhere else. And save cleaners can't even open it properly with this mod active. However, without this mod, all the saves are able to be opened within seconds with the save cleaner mods.

someone out there would like it
  10. Well, its not the actual size. Maybe this will be better for people here.   I'll probably just stick with Imgur, since none of the ones I've used are that great. Just imgur compresses them so much lol.  Ah well.

I just realized...if gaming is possible on the pipboy...   Is someone gonna...   let you watch   PORN ON THE PIPBOY??   Someones going to do it...
  12. Fallout 4 confirmed.

(whoops, thought I was in the general Fallout 4 discussion thread that was stickied. Must have misclicked and didn't notice xD Sorry)
  13. This link should work   http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y149/Vendayn/Witcher%203/witcher3%202015-06-16%2014-01-09.png~original
  14.   What about this link?   https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/L_cNVh2i40KCpuqyweC35HDzIVk84Z_i8QtbuPbljcQ=w1674-h941-no   I tried it in internet explorer and it worked and my IE isn't connected to anything google   (edit: If still not, I'll have to find another photo host. Photobucket makes the screenshots tiny. Imgur compresses them WAY too much. And Flickr doesn't work because it refuses to use google voice lol. And heck if I give them my actual phone number, no thanks. So dumb.   Anyway, if that link doesn't work...any photo hosts you guys recommend that keep the SAME picture size (or at least close to it) and quality? I chose google because it was only one I found that did.
  15. How does this look, before I start a 2nd screenshot showcase? Down sampling, almost all ultra. Tiny tweaks to the sweetfx I use. https://photos.google.com/album/AF1QipNCn4YUNoxW2b505xOOnjPRXEnY7vcFT3XzLJr8/photo/AF1QipN13zgMK7kiMzNBewy4ZFUVZfHblbE700gAQw2J
  16. Here is a huge album of Witcher 3 screenshots that I took over the past week. Enjoy   http://imgur.com/gallery/4ckHA/
  17. Fallout 4 Discussion Thread

Here is part of Bethesda's E3 video, but cut down to only Fallout 4. I recorded the whole thing. Probably got beaten to it, but took ages to upload and everything (internet was rather bad today for some reason). Still...for those who just want to see the Fallout stuff. Here is a link.
  18.   Final Fantasy is an RPG, and has no character customization   Same as far as I know with Baldur's Gate, but I haven't played in a long time so maybe there is.   I know FF games you play a set character however, and its an RPG. No one hates on that because there is no character customization.   I did notice you ignored that last post about it though
  19.   yeah, I mean...there is the Final Fantasy RPGs and no one hates on those even though you can't make your own character.   I find that pretty hilarious.
  20. The next stage: The Witcher 3

I am actually playing on the hardest difficulty, and after I got past level 23 (I think, maybe it was 24, don't remember now)...it got really easy. I found a really good sword that had a bunch of poison stuff and 3 runes, plus my armor (I got it cause it looked good). Before that though, it was challenging and fun. But it wasn't really even the items as much (though that sword sure is epic looking)...my abilities made me rather powerful. I wasn't even trying, and ended up somehow getting 100% crit and bonus crit damage and other bonuses...I didn't look at guides or anything, just chose what looked fun. Turns out, "fun" meant I was overpowered as hell.   But, I never liked the leveling thing that Oblivion did. Skyrim isn't that much better. I want enemies like bandits to be strong early, but I don't want to see them in Daedric gear later on...thats stupid as hell. Skyrim modded is really good if you get the right mods, a nice challenge but still easy at times later on and still retain a challenge and it removes the lame stupid level scaling that Bethesda shits out.   What would be good is remove the levels. Make spending points more than just "lol lets be lazy and give you 10+% more damage trololol"...but completely remove all the lame abilities and give them a lot more flavor. And make it more of a skillbased game, so its always a challenge but some enemies get weaker as they should. I still really like Witcher 3. Its one of my favorite games, and a lot better than Skyrim in a lot of ways.   Except, its easy as hell later on. And I don't want to purposely gimp myself and skip out on good looking armor/weapons because its "too good", thats stupid as hell game design. In fact, thats grade A bad game design if you have to purposely gimp yourself.   With that said, I keep starting over after I get to level 20 (three times now)...and its a blast So much more fun.   Maybe I should turn quest exp to 0 and monster exp to 0.5...then I won't have to worry about being overpowered and can actually finish the game.
  21. The next stage: The Witcher 3

Well, the mod above that was linked. I can at least turn off the quest exp and lower the monster experience so I level a lot slower. So I won't be nearly as OP. And the abilities you can train with points aren't that great anyway....mostly just percentage buffs. I'd turn off all the exp, but I dunno how playable the game would be then later on and I wouldn't be able to use the cool DLC stuff. And eventually I'd be back to where I started in my current game, except just longer to get there.   You are right though, the current system seems kinda fail. Early game is the best part in witcher 3, then after that its too easy. And I like looking good, and the better gear looks good
  22. It gets here on Tuesday. But I got a GTX 970 4gb. I got tired of not being able to run Witcher 3 on good settings (low settings I get 30 fps in Witcher 3 lol), was laggy in DayZ and Skyrim I couldn't use ENB+parallax textures because it was too laggy and I made it too good looking for my old crappy GPU I had a gtx 660 2gb, but it was not happy with my high end textures and ENB on lol. Now I can take good screenshots like everyone else   Was wondering if there are any settings I need to change in the .ini files so it uses more video ram. Or if I need to change skse or ENB at all? Right now I have videomemory at 8192 I believe in ENB (it uses both video memory and ram from what I read), because my current card is 2gb and I have 8gig ram and its supposed to be minus 2000 or something.   Is there a maximum number to put in video memory or do I still do 8000 ram+the 4000 video ram, minus 2000?
  23. The next stage: The Witcher 3

Does using this mod make the game harder? Cause even on hardest difficulty, it kind of gets easy. Get really powerful equipment, plus my abilities and I'm going around owning everything. I'd start over ...(I ended up missing a lot of things in first area anyway, like I had no idea there was treasure to find and what not lol. Lots of secrets I missed )...if this makes it a lot harder.   Probably have to wait for difficulty mods or new game plus, but in the mean time...does the mod make things more challenging?   If it does, any settings you recommend for the mod? like 0 quest exp, and 2x monster experience or something?
  24. Yeah, I actually do already know about that it doesn't technically use all 4gb of video ram (it sorta does I guess?). Not really a big deal to me. I still got a really nice card that is way better than my 660 I have right now. It takes a lot less power too, and cost less on the electric bill. My card is a power hog lol. But, for the price, the 970s are really good.   I tried witcher 3 on my friend's 970 (I tried it before I bought mine, his isn't as nice or powerful as the one I got) I saw a huge increase in FPS and could set everything on ultra with hairworks on and still get 40+ fps at all times even in the large cities. When I tried it in Skyrim, every single crash I had was gone. On my 660, I get TONS of crashes and low fps. On my friends 970, I can zoom around the world super fast...same exact mods/load order...and have no crashes at all. All my crashes were cause too much video memory being used
  25.   thanks. Weren't you the one that made a guide before but it was in a different section? That helped a lot last time if that was you.
