It doesn't add tilting, but there are a lot of powerful tools available with Cheat Engine a free DIY cheating program.  (Don't use it online.)

 

You can read more about the camera hack here: http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?p=5595442#5595442  It gives you a TON of control over the camera, including huge zoom in and the ability to stop camera shake during victory or defeat poses.

 

Obviously you'll need the full Cheat Engine program which you can get here:  http://www.cheatengine.org/ 

That table only works on version 1.02 though. Using that table on 1.02a will make the game crash. 

I was browsing through Chinese and Japanese forums and found these mods there. I know people don't have much patience or free time as much as I have going through all those pages so I wanted to share these awesome creations. Thing is though their authors might be in here and doesn't want to share these mods so I'm asking before hand if it's cool or not.
