Just a tip for you, since Sexlab is just the framework, you will need mods to actually use the provided animations. Sexlab on it's own does, well, nothing really. So have a look at the SexLab Index, which provides a comprehensive list with all sorts of mods that use the framework. Click on the Spoiler buttons to get a short description of what the mod does.

Well, stop looking, because basically there is no specifically gay or m/m animations in SexLab. The only one is the recently added 4way, which hasn't been implemented in any mod yet, cos it is so new. Lets face it: m/m sex is not a fantasy of most people, whereas lesbian is. So specific m/m animations will probably never be plentiful.   Having said this, you can use SL perfectly fine as a gay male character (I definately do). Just be sure to unselect the explicitly female/ lesbian animations.   As far as skimpy male armor goes, I personally don't use armor replacements, so I don't know that much about it. I have seen some mods float by on loverslab/ nexus. Try a search for male armor.

  Nice attitude, B3lisario.   Not everyone is fully versed in skeletons and the like. Also, not everyone uses an mod organizer that shows them which files are being replaced with what. Mod users are not the same as modders. I bet most people that use mods have no idea how things work, so if they run into a problem, they, logically, come to the forum for help. If they then get scalded for things they are completely unaware of, I can only imagine they will be afraid to ask for help again. And stop using the mod in question. Now I am sure that it can be very frustrating to try and troubleshoot a problem, only to find out it is something simple for you, that is no reason to take that frustration out on the person with that problem.   I am sorry if my post offends you. I just thought you should be aware of how the wording of a reply like this comes across to people who are not up to date on the inner mechanics of mods, skeletons etc.

  Ashalsaid that he is working on adding a trigger for the 4-way in the Sexlab Matchmaker mod. The 4-way animation will have to be triggered by other mods that will include it. Sexlab is as always "merely" the framework to provide the animations.   edit: what Ashal says in the Sexlab support thread: "And before people start freaking out asking how to play the new 4way animation. I don't think there's currently any sexlab mods that support 4 npc positions yet, so I'll be releasing an update to MatchMaker later that lets you select more people."

  well, if all else fails, you can always download the papyrusutil file and place it below SOS and Sexlab. But seriously, placing SOS above Sexlab should fix it.

Check the SexLab Index post for a comprehensive list of the most popular mods. Click on the spoilers to get a brief description of the mod. They are sorted by, um... flavour   Personally I use Spouses Enhanced (in case you are/ want to get married), Submit, Attraction, Romance, Aroussal and Random Sex. But basically it all depends on what you are into. I don't use custom armours, followers, etc. Followers tend to get in the way (lydia anyone?), besides as in life I am more of a loner in Skyrim. So browse the index and pick the mods that work best for you.   - V.

  You could disable all the unneeded animations. Seems the simplest way to me.  

  Hi Hgrade, with the information you have given so far, no-one will be able to help you solve your problem. Which (SL)-mods do you have installed? What exactly is the error message you get and in which context? Do you have all the requirements installed to make SL work? Have you installed and run FNIS after installing animation mods and before starting SL?   Please, be much more specific and give as many details and information about the problem(s) you experience.   - V.
