File count does not really matter, if you shift thru nexus mods for skyrim you`d see lots of savegames/enb/presets/translations and so on which oblivion didnt have that much, and a lot of stuff from Oblivion was converted for Skyrim use aswell.   Anyways, didnt come here to argue about useless stuff, simply didnt like your idea of "Skyrim is so popular because of its many fuck mods and perverse stuff." part which is false. ;p

You sure? Oblivion has way more mods of that kind and its placed only in 30th place.   Tbh for me there are no "best" rpg or any other genre of games, I like a game or dont, its that simple

Try different XML file, the jiggle effect might be to weak, or use JFF and edit settings to your own liking for physics. I am using 14.28 with XMLs from this mod: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/27122-working-vagina-hdt-collisions-hair-physics-now-with-belly-support/and dont have any problems.
