I installed everything as accordingly and it works well. only thing is the women in the whole realm have really ugly faces and spinning eyes... which is kind of creepy.. what did i do wrong?

MBP is a passive mod - that means it does NOT replace vanilla NPC's' date=' rather is just sits like a data base so other plugins can use it. You will have to install another program that "uses" MBP to do that or install something like XeoSP++.
