  1. I always thought Skyrim needed a justice system. More depth to the prisons. Weekly executions in every city. Perhaps make it worth while to be incarcerated by learning a unique skill in jail or get a special weapon.   I see prisons overflowing with Redguards and scooma being used, perhaps even have prisoners who become bitches.   Maybe thats all a bit much...but having the prisoners I see being escorted on the roads eventually end up with their head on a block with a cheering crowd would be cool.
