Alright, so to the point, from the time I click on my SKSE launcher for Skyrim to the time I can see my game averages three minutes. Now, since I crash a shitload too, I spend most of my time waiting for this shit to load and googling problems. I've clicked more links than I can remember, and they all end before someone solves the problem. Do I need to send a copy of my loadorder? I've already tried clearing out saves and also sorting my mods with LOOT. I've read This, but would like to see if there's a way without having to reinstall my game and all my mods before I do so. Edit: and yes, my Skyrim is modded to high hell, with more mods than I'll ever do anything with. If that's the problem, then I'll just live with it. 

I have two 8 sticks and two 2 sticks (imported from my old box). I tried taking the d3d9.dll out of my Skyrim folder, and it still took the same (long) time.  

The SKSE folder is entirely empty except for the Plugins folder, so I guess I'll take a minute to download this. After downloading, the file is now here - like magic! I have 20gb of ram, paired with a Geforce GTX 670. I don't know how much that adds up to, but that was the number under the advanced settings. I don't think the crashes are because of the ENB (although it might add some), as I have crashed plentiful times before it.

Yes, the value in red on my side is 4096, and is also what I changed it to. I use NMM, and I swear to any and all gods, although I believe you, there is no such file. I literally (not an exaggeration) searched my entire computer (with the windows search thing) for "SKSE", and opened any related folders. There was no file.

I have changed that value to 4096, as told. I searched SKSE in my "E:/Games/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Skyrim" folder, all that came up was "SKSE.psc", "skse.pex", two folders without the file inside, and some enhanced camera files. I was also having a very slow loadup before I put the ENB in, if I recall correctly.

Load Order: I cannot find my SKSE.ini, after extensive searching. I would also like to add that yes, I have basically no idea what any of this shit means or how it affects anything.

So, I've been trying other races than Nord, and I want my Khajiit lady to have a "less-blocky" face. I've tried Feminine Khajiit Textures and one other whose name I forgot that was posted on this thread before. Anyone know where to find a better khajiit face replacer?

So, I have Dawnguard "working", and I recently saved Serana. I accompanied her to her home castle thing and when her dad offers me his power and I accept, nothing happens. No animation plays or anything. I've tried looking stuff up already, I have the unofficial patch, and I've used console commands but nothing really "works". Any ideas?

I'm not sure how to exactly title this- but, if I have a shitload of mods installed already and I were to buy DLC like Dawnguard or Dragonborn, would they work or would I have to do a wipe and reinstall?

Well, TESV Edit is amazing. Apparently I had dragonborn unofficial patch installed, without actually having dragonborn because I'm smart. Thank you guys for your assistance, as I was launched into a raid against master vampires when i spawned in.

Dawnguard.esm was "enabled" but it was way at the bottom, so i moved it to the top, and now my game closes before the title screen ._. I tried running LOOT, and it still does the thing. I also don't know how to copy/paste my load order.  

Okay, well, I bought Dawnguard and I don't seem to notice anything going wrong or crashing, but at the same time Steam says it's installed and there doesn't seem to be new content even when creating a new character... Any idea why?
