I've had similar problems in the past (and still on-going actually), from what I've been told, it's an indication that texture files may be missing or installed incorrectly. I've never been able to actually fix it myself. The recommended procedure (reinstallation) hasn't worked for me...

I don't know if it will would work, but you could try to delete her clothes from her inventory through the console.

  I had the same issue for Lily never coming back; Pepertje's instruction to wait until 8 AM got everything on her side back on track for me. Perhaps try reloading your save pre-plant baby and to wait to then if possible. I hope that your issue can resolve itself, and that you enjoy your Deathclaw run. In my worthless opinion, it's the better of the two.

Sorry for the necro, but I have to ask for a bit of help with Babylon that I couldn't seem to spot elsewhere in the thread: after the first trip to the plant, I was given the quest to befriend Lily as usual, however I cannot seem to progress past this point. I had expected Lily to appear again after given birth the second time, this has not been the case and I have nothing to do now; no means of escape that I can find and nothing to say to the NPCs. After several days nothing has happened.   By summoning her to me via the console I can get her to tell me about sap which Jasmine will give me, then further nothing.

  With only graphical mods, I'm not sure... When I had the 'immobile Sam' problem, all I had to do was cut Unethical and everything ran perfectly.     On the topic of Sam... I'm sure I must have somehow screwed up an installation somewhere, but I'll mention it anyway: Sam's uniform after 'corrupting' her is constantly changing texture and parts of it pop in an out of existence at random...

Sorry... Bit of an early call on this.   Everything in the ship worked fine until I opened the door out of Ritual's Lab, then I saw this:   Each 'section' is separated by these lack-of-a-rooms. I can go through them just fine, but something is still off.

  No problem. Somewhat embarrassingly, I forgot I had a pre-mod backup on disk so I cancelled the day-odd download and loaded that up. Cache verification is being a little iffy though; keeps telling me '1 file with be reacquired' followed by a massive 0 byte download... - Edit: I tried using NVAC as Gamedude suggested and that seems to have fixed the crashing problems entirely. Praise be upon thee, Gamedude. Don't know how I haven't come across this before...  

Thanks guys.     The COC didn't work unfortunately. I elected to go with Ritual's suggestion of redownloading the game entirely for the time being to default everything, then I'll work at double-checking my mods. I'll check back in a day or two once it's done downloading...

Hi, sorry to be a bother, but I seem to have run into a small error which I do not believe I saw touched upon in previous posts.   Everything in the mod works flawlessly as for as I can tell, aside from early in Dataslates, Dispenser Alpha to be precise; while I can go through it's text with the usual ease, once the game transitions into the loading screen, without fail it crashes. It is rather irksome...   I would appreciate any advice on this.
