I put these in my mods folder but I can't find them in the game. Where do they show up in CAS?

I have to say I want something like SIms 3 "into the Future" Ok this is more an EA request than a mod request but I liked going to the future and playing, it would have been nice if they took Sims medieval and made that a destination for the time machine.   For standard mods, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I want my sims to be able to paint what I want them to not just the generic stuff in Sims 4   As far as adult mods I like most of what has already been suggested. I have seen a lot of people say they want a rape mod...was there ever a rape mod for sims 3? If so please point the way.
