    Hello Obdulio

    The latest Elin Race Packs contain Elin mage followers. I'm not sure if you didn't install the pack or want different types of Elin followers, but anyway, just in case, here are the Elin mage followers.

    They are found in the Arcanum in College of Winterhold.
