Meyla the Berzerker - female child companion

Wow, thanks dude. -
If you don't want games to have anything that can be interpreted, however loosely, as remotely political, then DON'T PLAY RPGS. Play racing games, or sports games or something, they have nothing political in them, but rpgs are about life and adventures and experiences, it would be impossible to not have anything that someone like you can interpret as political in them. Just look at the Imperial vs Stormcloak issue in Skyrim, you can easily make tons of political allegories out of that, so by your logic it should have been removed from the game, to make it "better". A huge part of the game that added so much depth and complexity should be completely omitted to appease any whiny toddlers who might say "waaaah, politics in my video games!" Same with the NCR vs Legion, you could probably say the NCR represents reaganomics, and the Legion represents congress, or whatever, I'm sure someone like you could make a connection like that. So should they be removed from the game too, because it's too political? In fact, remove all factions of any kind, because as long as there is a group of people who believe in something, it's "propaganda" apparently. And you can't say games used to have no political influence. What about Super Marios Bros? Mario is clearly supposed to represent Stalin, and the goombas are probably americans or something, I don't know, I just made that up off the top of my head, and it's STILL equally valid to your claim that Fallout is "liberal propaganda". And speaking of which, since nobody still has any damn clue what you are talking about there and how you came to that conclusion, then this is definitely still a YOU problem. Nice try.
-
If you see everything that doesn't share your bias as "propaganda", maybe the problem is YOU, not the game. I guarantee you wouldn't think it was propaganda if the game beat you over the head with heavy far right messages. As far as all your other problems with the game, mods can fix them if you know how to use them. I never had a hard time getting a mod to work, I've even made my own mods, it's not that hard. So once again this sounds like a YOU problem. I've seen people make really great looking characters, I've made a few, just takes a little patience. But of course none of that will really matter if you're so hypersensitive about your political bias that you can find liberal propaganda in anything. You know, when most people don't like a game, they just stop playing it, they don't go to a modding forum and start a thread in the section of the site dedicated to that game, pointlessly complaining about it rather than starting an actual topic of discussion or asking for solutions. You could have just posted this in the rant thread or something.

Law & Disorder / Civilization & Discontents UK surveillance “worse than 1984,” says new UN privacy chief
Dr. Thang replied to ...0...'s topic in Off Topic
It isn't hard to avoid getting involved with them either, because as long as you're white and not a muslum, you can literally shoot up a church full of people because you hate the color of their skin and you STILL won't be considered a terrorist. -

Uh, but I'm already living my life the way I want....well, ok, maybe I'm not living in a space ship and I don't have mind control powers, but that dream was unrealistic anyway. Maybe there are some people who would actually enjoy living in the woods and being completely self-reliant, for the sake of that alone, and not because they are paranoid nutjobs, but I think that is a very very small group of people. If instead they are giving up everything they enjoy and living a hard life with no fun just to escape something that wasn't having any effect on their life in the first place, well then that's not really living life the way you wanted, is it? If anything it's more like letting the "establishment" win and letting them tell you how you live. I actually do live my life the way I want, because I don't let paranoia get in the way of my happiness or doing what I enjoy, and I think that's a little better than pooping in a hole and chasing squirrels with sticks. -
I'm pretty sure there aren't any mods that do this, but I don't see any reason it can't be done, in fact it wouldn't even be that hard, just kinda tedious. There are no bows for Fallout 3 because there are no animations for it, as far as I've seen anyway, but there are crossbow mods. If you could collect a decent variety of crossbows and melee weapons, you can replace all the guns with them by just going into the geck and altering the stats of the guns one at a time. In fact I could probably do it if nobody else will. I can even make melee weapons if you have anything specific in mind.

Awesome idea dude, I love the ninja one.

Holy balls dude, I think I'm in love! I don't know how you made that, but seriously dude, great job. Can't wait to see what Irrational does with it. And speaking of Irrational, awesome drawings man, I wish I could draw faces even half as good as you. I know this thread is a little backed up with requests already, but if you feel like it, I'd be very interested to see what you can do with my Meyla here, as she's...pretty different.

Update! Huzzah! Someone please tell me if anything is screwed up in this new version. -
I made this character, Freyja, for my Dust playthrough: Weapon and armor made by me. Different race and hair and everything than my main playthrough girl, the only thing that I kept the same is the goggles.

And every asshole I have met is always accusing others of being an asshole to them "for no reason". I haven't heard the autistic guy's side of the story, but I already believe him over you. -

I never had any trouble with it, and I've always used it. Recreating this mod without CotW would take a ton of work and geck skills I don't have. I've been more focused on trying to create something else though, something that seems like it should be a simple and easy thing to do but it's actually damn near impossible. If I can get it to work though, I could make this mod a hundred times better!...well, not really, but it will be cool. -

If it was possible, I'd have no idea how, plus I would need permission from them to use their textures and stuff. -

Hey, that might work, I used to talk to Xazomn before I was banned and she's cool. I'll look for Nuska too. Thanks a lot for all the help!
