    I want to close this issue on this forum by saying that it was indeed a mod causing the trouble (optimized textures) and again thank CPU for the amazing tutorial and help.

    I think I might have a line on what the black face is, I am still curious about where the files go for like the hair textures, and eventually custom body and skin. I will keep looking for "how to with MO" or if/when I get this down maybe I will write it LOL.

    I double checked that mod is active (also I can see the actor in game)and no conflicts are listed (also no +/- sign in left window). I am uploading the file but have placed another file inside with the files I created for the hair.. my thought is the .tri and .nif file goes to meshes and the .dds and _n.dds go into textures though I could be completely wrong on that. I am uploading the zip file and a screen shot of what I see in game ( it is the same thing I see in the creation kit fyi). I truly appreciate the help I would love to learn how to create mods and knew it would not be easy. I threw a snap shot of a warning that came up wondering if that might be part of the issue.     No improvement, I can change all the features I want but the skin color seems to be locked in. Not sure where to go from here, seems the issue is more with my CK than just my lack of understanding...or both. Thank you for the help, if you think of anything that might be causing this I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.

    Right, two folders meshes with this structure: Meshes\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\TutorialFollower.esp (.nif file inside) and Textures with this structure: Textures\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceTint\TutorialFollower.esp two files in this folder .dds and .tga no scripts as of yet I think because I stopped when I was given the "invalid file path" by the CK when trying to edit the hair file path. Might be worth mentioning that when I view this actor in CK the face is brown there also, not sure if that is part of the issue or not (or if it should be that way for all I really know).

    Yes, I definitely selected the actor and I get the notification when the export is over. The files do indeed appear in the overwrite folder and I created a new Mod and named it. I activate it in MO left window and see the .esp is ticked in the plugins window. I find the actor exactly where I placed her in the game...just doesn't have the face I am expecting. I have also posted for help on the MO thread here on lovers lab perhaps to see if someone using MO might have insights also. Like..when you give instruction about using nifskope to create/copy the hair file..not sure where to place those in MO..I tried to put them in the follower mod I was building but upon returning to CK to edit the file path, it tells me it is invalid. "sigh" I will upload the follower file with screen shots of what I should see and what I do see. TutorialFollower.7z

    So following the tutorial to create follower, I start by creating the actor... ck places the .esp into the overwrite folder from which I created a new mod from, next import face (using spf "name" in ingame console) easy no problem then use ctrl f4 to export the proper files for the face and those were also in the overwrite folder so I place them into the same mod...but..follower still has brown face. So..undaunted (ok a little daunted) I tried for the hair, duplicate and rename in ck, open/copy/and edit with nifskope..tutorial says place them in data folder under meshes and also in textures...(I am thinking I need them in the mod folder I created). Then return to ck to edit file path for hair but I get "invalid" file path. So now I am here, with more questions then I would want to heap on other members and thought maybe there was a tutorial or something to mark the differences when using MO.

    Would it be possible for someone to point me in the direction of a good tutorial for using the creation kit in conjunction with MO (like an idiots guide to mod creation using MO)? I was attempting my first real use by following CPU's tutorial for creating a follower but mine ended up with a brown face (even with numerous uses of ctrl f4) and when I attempted Nifskope I do not see any textures nor do I know where to look for them in MO (or once renaming the copies...where to put those files)...and the list goes on. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I truly love MO it just tends to confuse me from time to time.. .​​

    Thank you for this tutorial, it is appreciated when someone takes the time to help others learn how all this works.   I am wondering how would using MO effect the use of CK? I followed the s.t.e.p guide and installed CK through Mod Organizer however I can not get rid of the brown face on the npc I am creating no matter how many times I click ctrl f4. I did notice that when I saved and exited the creation kit it dropped the esp into my overwrite folder so I created a new folder and activated it, same when I use the ctrl f4. any help would be appreciated or just something to point me in the proper direction.
  11. The Sisterhood of Dibella (2015-10-10)

    I have started playing this mod (quite a few times now) and I first want to say it is amazing, very nice story line. I have read through the forums and do not seem to find anyone else with my particular problem, but I would like to post it here in hopes that someone might recognize it. I can play through for as long as I like, finding the sybil, the two missing sisters, and heading off to other towns. However any time I "help" the new sybil with her education and she speaks to me as Dibella.. I am locked out of my controls. No freeze up, I can access the main menu and console but not my inventory, my powers, any form of movement...nothing..I am still breathing so that is good. I thought at first it might be Sexlab or Zaz  but it does not seem to be the case. I am using all the latest mods including sexlab 1.6. It only happens with the Sybil...I could fornicate my way across the land..but with her I am powerless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   I have discovered that if I toggle the free cam, I regain control but only as long as I stay in free cam.   I unselected the auto free cam feature in sex lab and all seems fine, thank you for your help and for this Mod. enjoy your vacation.

    Laurall,   I would like to say thank you for an amazing story/mod. Though I can not even imagine the amount of time and effort you must have put into the creation of it your attention to detail shines through. I for one (and I have no doubt many others) am looking forward to your next release.

    I would like to start by saying this is an amazing mod...and your attention and dedication to fixing errors is excellent so I wanted to report what I have found so far ( I started at the top and am up to the dog now). Had a couple of initial CTD's and glitches (possible other mods) So I ran my entire load order through Tes5edit and it reported errors with the beastess vampire mod. I uninstalled just that esp (I use MO) and everything now works great with the exception that I skipped ahead and tried for the armored troll but I am unable to get to him as he is off the map. I write this only to make you aware of the findings and to thank you for an excellent mod.
