Or you go out, dismantle a bandit hideout just to have them attack you to get it all back, better hope you have defenses up by then LOL

"Protagonists Settlement stripped bare" News at 11.

WTF happened here Dogmeat, who took the legs to my Power Armor? and where's my tools? do you know what fetch means?     :P

Might have to train up the dogs Retrieve PERK :)

ha! I would be really happy if they added this "tower Defense" feature. You need to defend your settlement. Set the defensive structure layout like spiked walls and secret pitfalls. And you can also set traps like frag mines, secret mounted gun/flamethrowers/chainsaw in the wall trigerred by hidden floor switch, caged tamed deathclaws released at the enemy at certain places, etc. Make your own impenetrable fortress! Just like in that old Shinobido: way of the ninja game on ps2 :D

  2. If i remember correctly newest bodyslide is capable of editing fallout nifs, combine the type6 body mesh (for reference) and the antagonizer costume mesh (nitrishape/nitristrips?) in nifskope. watch out for similar string names in nifskope when you are copying the nitrishape. Then edit them in bodyslide. For the old arms, no need to eliminate them, just move them with grab tools/brush until it fits with type 6 arms

Or download this portable blender http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42755/?. It's portable with all utilities/scripts needed to edit fallout nifs, no installation required. search for the import and export setting for fallout nif with google fu image. 1. combine the meshes like the above. Or 2. import the type6 body to blender, then the armor, then edit them, but beware of messed up nif hirearchy (double scene root, etc, can be easily fixed in nifskope). After that, open the exported armor in nifskope, click spell, then "update all tangent spaces". you will only need a minimal skill in blender to edit this i guess. Choose sculp mode (object mode, edit mode), press N and then choose the tools (grab, add, etc)

well correct me if i'm wrong. I don't have fallout 3 sorry and i hope it helps

  3. I think GTA V already has sex, although nothing major like TES or Fallout but how far does modding it go beyond texture, and stat modding? are character meshes even able to be replaced? and what type of tools were released for it if any?

The rockstar editor from what I've seen of it is nothing more then a scene setup and video record but no actual editing of meshes or textures that would have to come from the community itself and I doubt that's gonna happen tool wise anyway, at least it hasn't for prior releases.

For mesh replacement, i think it is somewhat possible..

It's a subtle influence, but it's there and anyone who can't see or refuses to acknowledge that media does have an influence on society (I know, I know, evil Anita Sarkeesian and her audacity to...I don't know, talk about stuff that might actually not be all that wrong?) is....well, quite honestly, I have no idea, because it's utterly nonsensical to deny it. Nobody's saying that playing violent video games will make you go on a rampage, but being bombarded with imagery like that throughout your life WILL influence it. We're constantly influenced by everything around us, nobody's above it. That's why awareness is so important.

Welcome to Loverslab! the amazing place where you can find thousands of objectified virtual womyns, rape and bestiality simulators, and also...loli mods! We hope you enjoy your stay here!

  5. Does anyone know where to find a mod like this?

    Found an addition
    ryona_player_bokko
    http://www.mediafire.com/?xoxfa8u7a6fyd56

iirc, that file seems to have a broken header for me.

But what it's supposed to do, is after PC death, instead of enemy going non-ago and leaving, they will continue to attack till PC body is in pieces.

Which is iirc a mod that was origionally from FO3, now transfered to TES4

Here are sample vid from FO3
    http://www.mediafire.com/?84ai6d6hwabxk98

    For New Vegas?

It's just like in the game psi-ops: The Mind Gate Conspiracies where the enemies will kick your corpse after they killed you.

  6. Here is a relatively easy way to edit hair meshes : 1. download blender version 2.7+ (i'm using version 2.73a, works great). 2. download and register this addon in blender http://niftools.sourceforge.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=5823

    source: https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/35yr9v/working_with_skyrim_nifs_in_blender_274/

Some hair gets bonker when imported though (messed up position, etc).

  7. I had somewhat similar issue with ks hairdos. some hairs appears black under certain indoor lighning (fireplace light, etc). to solve the issue, open the hair nif file with nifskope (without the HL in the name), double clicks shader flags 2 inside the bslighningshaderproperty and check the SLFS2_Assume_shadowmask box. Also look at the Skyrim Shader type, it must be "Hair Tint". Of course assuming you have the same issue as me.

To find out the hair meshes names, use racemenu or the latest ECE, they display the names on the hair slider, or use the creation kit.

If you have the bsa and the loose file version : edit/fix the problematic hair meshes from the loose file version, then create new folder (Meshes > KS Hairdo's) (this is for the 400 hairs version, i don't know about older versions), place the edited hair meshes inside that folder. You can keep using the bsa version, the edited hair meshes you placed in that folder will overwrite the ones in the bsa when you start the game. that's the fastest way i can think of. well correct me if I'm wrong.

hope this helps you somewhat, sorry for the jumbled words

  8. Personally I dont mind paid Mods going up on the Steam Work Shop , as long as there are alternative sites Like the Nexus / LL with free mods etc.

Seeing how easy it is to pirate skyrim mod, DRMfication of mod on fallout 4 and tes6 is inevitable if this "experiment" succeed. Steam workshop will be the only place to download and distribute paid and free mods legally. Beth will do anything to get more money.

  9.

Bethesda already receives a bit of the money generated by all mods bought through this avenue. What does this have to do with the hypothetical scenario of limiting free mods as well?

One of the other reason i guess, is to curb Piracy.

Beth realizes that the main attraction for their games (TES, Fallout, pc version) is the modding. By limiting the method of mod distribution with steam workshop, they hope to make these pirates uncomfortable enough that they eventually choose to buy the game through steam. I know this method can be bypassed by reupload, but any type of DRM that makes piracy a little bit harder is okay in most of the corporations head nowadays, even if it is steaming bullshit like always online drm for single player game, etc. They think it is a win-win situation for them. It all comes down to money.

  10. Regarding the "hide texture" method, have you tried this yet? Use GIMP with dds plugin/photoshop. Delete the unwanted texture parts (a bit trial and error) using the eraser tool (or color picker the alpha), then open your armor nif, insert nialphaproperty (with flags 4844, this is important) in the armor mesh nitrishape block. It works for me. Tried to download the immersive armors for the texture but it's just too big 900+ mb lol

  11. If anyone's managed to download the files, please rehost them here on the LL forum.

Yeah, a mirror would be great (with permission of course). Can't access baidu at all, even when using different browsers. I guess my isp's default dns and google's dns got blocked in China :-/  Edit: Nevermind, just downloaded it with my phone.

Great this looks very promising, the collision detection is awesome! Strangely, I can use it alongside old Hdt no problem (a bit lag with lots of npcs though).

  12. If them folks at Bethesda believe in Tetrad apocalypse 2015, I guess we won't get any new TES or Fallout game. what we will get is the ultra realistic Fallout 4: The Great War :P

And mod files will be locked to the steam workshop which will be the only valid place to upload and download mods. Every time someone comes out with an unofficial game patch to allow non-steam-workshop modding, Bethesda will release a patch that will change the CRC.

I'm afraid this is very likely to happen. We are fucked.

  13. Be careful what you wish for.

Consider these points about why the Ban Nazi's over at Nexus are the way they are.

The Nexus is such a huge and well known community that they are constantly under the eye of a corporate interest. For that reason they have to employ people that are willing to be total dicks that stomp on anything that even so much as looks at them funny.

They are such a huge and well known community that they also have to avoid certain cultural taboos, because many people are simply not willing to deal with them and will raise bloody hell and lead a legal, moral and bloody crusade against all that is unrighteous!

This, THIS,  is what I'm afraid of the most.

Moral Guardian: "Bestiality mods?? OH MY GOD, degenerates! insane! Immoral! ban them, like, right now!

White knight Palladin: "Nude mods? RAPE mods?  you misogynist pig!"

Troll: "lol what the fuck is this mod? the creator is a sick pervert, pedo, and basement dweller."

Concerned Parents: "Loli mods? I'll call the feds"

Next thing we know, all of those mods/mod themes are heavily restricted, or worse, outright banned from this site.

    Loverslab+, safe space for everyone!

Yeah I know it's a bit too far-fetched, but I'm still worry about it.

  14.

Hey! thanks for posting and thanks for sharing those links, I'll definetly take a look at that mod :)! By the way, the image I did of the female riekling is just an idea of what I'd like to see...but I don't really know how to model or mod myself, so yeah...I am just waiting for someone who likes the idea to come along and make it happen. xD

Aww lol. Let's learn 3ds max then :D

    Just found these gems:

"Hagraven/Harpy" (Vanilla Hagraven is a complete eyesore)

    From: Skyrim Monster Mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/35631/

It's actually the model of "Harpy" Monster, but it uses the same skeletons and animations as Hagraven so you can swap the vanilla model with it just fine.

  15. Broken Mouse wheel? (change the mouse)

    Broken Mouse?(above)

    Corrupted Mouse Driver?(idk)

Corrupted ini? (delete both skyrimpref.ini and skyrim.ini in my document, and start the game. Create Backup for those files first!)

Newly installed mods causing this? (post your load order, maybe someone could point out which mod/mod conflict causing this)
