Sadly enough, there's a few mods that I discovered earlier that I won't be getting due to them being DLC based, and I refuse to pay well over the purchase cost of the game for a few costumes.  Here's to hoping Tecmo gets their act together for the PC community.

It'd be great if somebody'd figure out how to make the game fully moddable.  Mod tools and everything.  Introduce new characters and arenas... Can you imagine Dixie vs Tina?  Dixie giving Tina a Dixie Buster, or Miss Spencer performing the tricolor suplex on Hitomi... mmm...  Fappable material right there.

Need more wet T mods.  I was wondering if they can be sweat activated or do you have to be playing on a level with water?

@randomfish: I can't figure out where the damn Spike the Devil Man costume is. That's what you want. Best thing in the game to use. As far as the actual nude body goes, I'd like to get the StDM costume, retexture it, and  rename the whole thing to the actual nude body, mesh and all. The meshes are, as always, a mystery to me.

 

The nude body has that underwear "built in" to that body, so the body needs replaced altogether, and only the StDM costume offers perfectly smooth "skin". If you can find this costume, you are da man. I assume it's in the datap1\data folder somewhere (that's the DLC folder, so that's where the costume must be), but that's where I've been looking, and I'm not finding it there.

It should go without saying that I'll be adding the original DBZ theme music to the opening, and adding footage from the actual show to the cutscenes. If all goes well, I'll be releasing another Video Overhaul mod, like I did for Sims 4. This one will not be XXX though. (yet)

 

I'm most interested in the actual game music anyway, as I'm sure many others are. Mods are coming along smoothly for DBX. I'll admit, I'm surprised we have so much so fast . Good shit! I've seen a whole lot of naked girls on the MP lobby lately. Does anyone make grown women anymore? Some get banned, some don't. They're everywhere now. This is why we need to make a better mesh! (and texture)

The original DBZ Theme music IS in the opening.  Head Chala was the original theme.  

I've played a couple of coop missions with people, for the most part, random groupers tend to cheat and they don't give a damn about a challenge.  Thing is, once you have the mechanics down, you don't really need to cheat. 

They're overused as it is.  I miss the days when I could make dorky smilies without having a completely different one breaking up the one I'm making.  More emojis?  There needs to be less.

The guys I fought who I suspected defeated me in one hit. An Ultimate Move, right away, no movement, no charging, and almost no time between the time I got hit, and the time I died. Just dead, right now. One guy played around for a sec, and moved and dodged, and then BOOM!...immediate death. Then he said "good game"....

Yep, sounds like a CE user.  New characters after you complete the game are easier to level, though, because you already have the moves instead of spending time to get them, and you'll already have the parallel quests you need in order to level up, as opposed to completing story missions to get them, plus the knowledge and knowhow will be there because you've been there, done that.

K. Who's got the best fighting style? I've used a Frieza type, and the combos were very manageable, and effective. Does gender make any difference? I see females everywhere, but surprisingly, I've never fought any online. guess those guys are embarrassed.

I don't fight online cuz I can't get online.  I've played Majin, Frieza type, and Saiyan so far, and the most powerful seems to be the Saiyan (surprise surprise), however the armor for the Frieza type seems to come in handy.  I still like my Super Saiyan form, though :-P  For some odd reason, it still won't let me connect to the server for multiplayer, which is kinda disappointing.

Well, I beat it. How do I start a new guy? Looks like it just continues.

Make sure it saved after the credits, then the list of characters should have open spots.  Just pick one of those and create.  

On some of them it's a percentage chance when you complete the objectives to get the bonus section to spawn, some of them it's just 100% chance.  The bonus objectives are under the primary and don't show until you actually achieve them.  They'll be ???????? until then.

Once you get it, he gives you final flash

 

 

Thank you LordJerle. My biggest concern has been how to get special characters to show up, like how there are sometimes blue ???'s next to PQs that you have beaten. I keep beating these quests, but never can find the secret fighters, especially for the Cell fights in the 20's.

 

A lot of those can only be gotten through completing the secondary circumstances in the PQ's, but then again, I rushed through the storyline too.

Right now I'm trying to unlock the 100x Big Bang Kamehameha :-P I say right now, but what I really mean is that I'm going to be doing it after work.  Spent a good chunk of my weekend working on that :-P

Oh and some of them are unlocked through completing the whole apprentice thing.

On one of them you have to get an item for him that's a random drop in a parallel quest.  I don't remember which quest it was, but what he's asking for is a soul thingy.

They're doing a server fix in a few hours, according to the steam news, so maybe the server problems will go away soon.

It might be unimaginitive, but dubstep is a well established part of music now. It makes its way into the charts frequently and 'dance' tracks constantly make the top 10. 

 

I hate it too, but it's not going away. I'd rather these idiots play without music though, makes the viewing easier. 

I love real Dubstep and sad to say, It's going away. Slowly, it went back to an underground scene. Trap is mainstream now. I'd rather hear the screechy bullshit than the Rap beat knockoffs. Nothing racist, because i'm white as well. But most EDM American people can't make good rap beats, you make EDM.

You aren't going to successfully switch, the sounds will correlate but it won't sound good lol.

Society is throwing itself in a corner about what it likes and doesn't like.

 

Society has a tendency to jump on the bandwagon.  Somebody tells them they like something so they convince themselves they like it, even if it's complete and utter shit that I could throw together in Cooledit Pro in about 10 minutes.

Dragon Ball XenoVerse, when it works :-P

Well, when multiplayer's working properly, we can jump in a group and I'll help you tackle the parallel quests.  I've gotten S or Z rank on nearly all of them now

Not so easy to beat the whole Ginyu Force at the same time by myself... Not unless you level up to drastic measures, but I don't wanna go from lvl 20 to level 80 in one day. Would be overkill. Also, teen Gohan's latest request to beat every-damn-body is getting me gangstered. I'm in a place currently where having some online players on my side would be very helpful.

 

Also, not too easy to beat Frieza in the Timeline. You have to beat him like 8 times in a row, and keep the others alive, even though Frieza can beat the crap out of them with the quickness. And every once in a while, the computer will throw everything and the kitchen sink at you, devastating anyone without a high health level, which I do not have.

 

And I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually lost my first match against Hercule. HERCULE!!! The biggest crybaby pushover in the whole damn series, and he came out and beat the fuck out of me, with no chance at victory. At no point in time did he stop hitting me, and any attcks were blocked. I can barely look at myself in the mirror after losing to that clown. I never ever lost to Hercule in any DB game. It was like having my dick chopped off . Just mortifying. So far, the only person who gave me more trouble is Frieza, and that's only because you have to beat him SO many times in a row.

 

And what's this BS about being temporarily impervious to damage? I beat the crap outta Cell, and he didn't take any damage at all until he hit me a ton of times.

 

Basically, I don't want my character to be drastically OP. I don't want to look at Goku of all people, and say naaaah, my guy's way stronger. I wish Goku to remain that dude. Don't want Fridge to end up crushing SS4 Gogeta like a little bitch. There's suppose to be nothing even close to his power, and my brand new guy wasn't in the show, so taking the spot as Strongest Alive is too much for me.

 

And when do I get to be a Great Ape?! DLC or something??

Sounds mild compared to some of the problems I've been reaing about (and responding to) on the Steam forums. Something about a "disappearing bug"? I think I know what they mean. I saw my character vanish before, but came back after a second or 2. Also, some people's game saves are being erased every time they play. I feel like I should go make a backup of my current saves...

 

Server issues like this had better not happen to DAO5: LR. NOTHING better happen to that Gem!

Wtf, I'm getting kicked off the server after every online fight...

 

 

Edit: nvm, it's happening on Sigle player, too. Even in the Timeline.

Wouldn't even connect for me.  Put me in offline mode.  Probably server maintenance now.
