    I like your idea, but missing master issue is a real pain here.   How about including empty ESMs with the same name of original ones? With these empty ESMs, not only missing master issue is solved, but also calling BSAs is solved, too.   Only downside of this method is, I think, possible overwriting on manual installation without install script like fomod script...
  2.   In my case, SexoutSlavers3 affects some people's dialog. Try disabling (both esp and all esms) SexoutSlavers3 and check if the problem continues.
