-A singing/music pose mod... there has to be something right? Something like for instance, PC in front of a microphone, singing...

-What are the best Christmas oriented mods? outfits, we got plenty, but what about decorations, houses, etc??

Pretty much all the Alien movies. Sure, some are way better than others, but I think the whole package is pretty awesome.

Alien is still my favorite monster till the day... something so... primitive and survivalist about it...feels so... pure... not to mention the whole ancient thing the plot contains about the origins of it... Some people complain about Prometheus , probably they didn't get it... the whole design of the mythology is nothing else than a lovecraftian horror... that and the unique art designs by Giger... Just pure epicness

Anybody else likes movies?

 

Anything you found nice should do it, no need to go legendary movies...

In example:

• One of my favorite movies is the Fight Club. Pretty deep and heavy subtext about madness, creativity, social oppression, revolution and liberation, slaves in white collars and the fight against the system... That, also helped me develop a bit of taste for "mind fuck" movies (with that weird aura of being in a trip the whole movie)... movies that make you think and question reality and everything you know about something, those you can come out from with a new (or not so new) form of insight
  
• In the same line we have The Matrix... basically the same, except with more action and cyberpunk fantasy in it... And of course V for Vendetta is also an emotive movie in the same topic
  
• Also movies you might find entertaining, doesnt matter if it's just for the action sequences, sometimes, they're worth seeing too
  
• If you can find good vampire movies these days they could make it to the list too... I'll just mention Interview With the Vampire and Coppola's Dracula.
  
• I'll also mention the first Alien movie... redefined the gender, created a franchise and definitely caused me an impression
  
• Consider beautiful movies like What Dreams may Come or movies that made you cry (anybody else cries with movies??)... I cried at the end of The Last Samurai and I also cried like a baby with The Green Mile... Just saw Peter Jackson's King Kong and after diving into the emotional background I felt like crying too... what a fucking tragedy that story...
  
• Music helps a lot to make something emotive, so also good music in movies, talkin' about music that made you commit to the story and feel it, whether it's sadness, love, beauty, mind fuck or rage among others.
  

 

In sum, just anything you deem worthy of being seen, doesn't matter if it's "too mainstream" or not and nobody knows it... just something that could have helped you find your path in life, at a certain moment perhaps, something that shaped who you are, or left you thinking for days, something you considered an amazing scenery something beautiful/amazing/spectacular and/or awesome to watch, Something that perhaps got to your emotive side and took a tear or two out of you. 

 

That, and why you think it's worth watching

No trolling please, if you think it's a good movie doesn't matter if anybody else thinks it's not, it's your movie and it's your reasons

It shames me to say I haven't even played it, I had it stored for future install, so maybe what I remember I saw in it is product of my imagination...

 

Anyway, It featured, I don't remember exactly if it's a "dungeon", a new land, a castle or a quest

A huge, floating Island

 

A lot of mods have floating Islands with little houses, statues or castles on them, but judging from the screenshots I remember vaguely, this one seemed the largest I ever saw

That's probably why I remember it being associated with a quest probably

The idea is based on a concept, and it's more complex than just making green skin and adding a few scales...

It requires tattoos...

Or not... not sure, perhaps I'll leave one with, one without tattoos

 

NEED:

-Either directions to where I could find copy-paste material to include in a design similar to the concept, you know... customizable modder design tattoos or textures already with them I can cut and tweak into mine

-And/Or: PEOPLE, willing to help if you know more about texture design than me (co-produced mod)

-Perhaps: advice on tattoo making

-Anybody know of a spell to turn enemies to stone I can use for it?

The whole GG thing has been just a massive crap pile of TLDR to me

 

The way I see it from what little I could understand is

-People can be corrupt and form mafias in game industry. That's wrong, but it happens everywhere. It's OK to expose corruption but I see it like something near impossible to end. Not in this lifetime anyway. The fight must keep going though

-True feminists are (or used to be) women trying to make their place in the world, just like the next guy

-Misandrists, call themselves "feminists" but the only thing they do is hate men and make ridiculous excuses to justify their hatred

-Misogynist men, are easily trolled by these creatures and response by hating women, which is equally retarded in my opinion

-Corrupt people take advantage of this trolling mechanism to divert attention from their own filth

-Gamers like fantasy, dudes gonna like shmecsy female characters in skimpy clothing, gals gonna like attractive alpha type male figures probably, give or take a hotness ingredient. Anyone who thinks they can blame a gender for liking shmecsy is the most retarded moron on earth. It has NOTHING to do with hating the other gender and nothing to do with corruption.

Just got a question about the last alter glass armour, how do you get the gloves and boots to not be green? I've tried a few transparent glass armour mods but the gloves and boots are always green when I have.

 

Check the folders

 

I'm almost completely sure I uploaded a full set of transparent alternate textures for glass armor

Otherwise green is vanilla and I'm not messing with vanilla textures (much)

 

The alter glass variants which are not green should all be mapped to alternate texture folder. I also provided alternate gloves and boots pointing toward the grey textures

Perhaps in another folder as I seem to remember there was more than 1 transparent version, I didn't need to repeat gloves and boots for all of them

But the "cult" is getting serious. It started as a game but it's now at least an underground internet trend with people doing real "worshipping" even if they believe it not serious. When you start seeing blood altars and offerings made to Ebola-Chan, you now it's more than just an internet joke, just sayin...

 

Two reflections:

1. After all the shit that happens in the world (Meaning war, idiocy, politics, zealotry, hate, crime etc...) I get the feeling a lot of people really want the world to "end" After all these apocalyptic movies promising the end of human race as we know it, in preparation for a new better world and the awakening of a new era, where humanity is either dead or being the seed of a much better civilization, and still nothing happens yet, people really do want an apocalypse

As usual it seems somehow strange that things are happening so easily and nobody gives a crap about it, it's like somebody was pulling strings to make things happen. And I believe it's entirely possible, given the aberrant behaviors people with power can develop. It wouldn't sound very unreasonable to me to think this could be part of a large experiment or measure, perhaps for population control or who knows what other devious machination... (Yes I'm a proud conspiranoid)

-I think (hope) it will probably be an amazing story, a game to really get in a survivor's skin, fearing what's around the corner, it terms of story and roleplay I hope it's nice

-I also think it will be limited in terms of game world and possibilities, probably very linear... but a good story can always compensate lack of gameplay
