-The problem in the wrong import (BIP01 on the y-axis)?

-If you want to make the animation move (run, walk), the main motion can be done in Max, but moving on Y axis (in the game world), add in Blender 2.49b(use Bip01 NonAccum)
(At least I did once to jump-animation into the water- (with a collision of actor - ie it really moved in game world)
= In any case, you can upload animation to make it clear what it is wrong.

You're too serious about this topic,
it's just a fun animation, which I edited (removed all the original keys, adjusted to Skyrim skeleton, edited pose, added my keys. )

I do not want to do something serious for Skyrim because of the endless game-constructor updates and bugs -all that bothered.
We have to wait for the final patch.

The general argument:
I do not understand why the author has not remade base plugin for FNIS 3.x, with all of these (FNIScxxx.hkx) is not very convenient.
Also, auto storage distance for each animation (not all new animation is indented from the collision at 100 on the Y axis)
I propose a structure with names and events for the animation (as they are called in the main plug-in)
(Which I have works fine, except that you can edit the animation settings - blending, headtracking for actors)
I hope the author of MiniLovers etc. is sometimes read this tread.

Did anyone else test what alpalia posted? I'm not getting any voices at all when I use MLA with sound spell.
I changed "Script" to "scripts" of course.
It works, only necessary to replace the empty wav-files (for example, from lovers) and rename folder =script= to =scripts=.
Although I think it would be better to do common-esm-file with dialogs-voices.

If you just want to change the animation, it can be - for example rename FNIS files .
If you want to change attributes (headracking, blending time) or add new animation into free slots, it is better to create your behavior with FNIS 3.xxx and mark them in the constructor.

So, I watched this animation on two actors,
there are many things that must be corrected (as always with MMD exporter)
I myself still do not want to do it(a several days of work, I think)
if you want, I can get upload, ready for the correction 3DSmax-file for the first actor - 30mb 6500 frames.
(In the second half of the animation, there are big problems with feet, maybe you'll have to re-create some IK-movement.)
PS.It's a question of a lot of the time and serious work.
