I fixed boots issue that worked fine to me with no problems, i hope can help someone. First thing you must to download and extract manualy http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25971-xp32-maximum-skeleton-extended/after open the folder a look for the folder number 9 (xpmse2) go to character  assets female, copy the skeletons from there and paste to your character assets female folder, In my case i got a custom race like ningheim so u must to go in to data-mesh-actor-character-ningheim or whatever-female-character assets female and paste the skeletons from XPMSE2 folder ,then you are done. Sorry for my bad english .
