I like the outdoor screens, they're nearly photorealistic.

Good job.

Welcome back... these screenshots are outstanding, they are worth the waiting.

Seriously , which lowerbody is this ? The DM... something ? ZKEC ?
Definitely this is not DM something nor ZKEC. Speedbuster often uses "custom" bodies. This outfit is even distributed with its unique matching hands, go figure... It's not even DMMC, so the tag is actually wrong.
Ok, next time I will portrait some brunettes. And get a decent scenario... indoor scenario.

Cool! Thumbs up!

There is a problem with the last six screens, I think.
Are you sure? No problem on my side.
I can see only the links without the preview, and the imgur frames appear empty. The download links are fine, though.
Nevermind then, must be an issue with my browser.

I simply adore Nila, and Chloe with dark hair is really a nice surprise, but the return of Exotica is what I like the most in this set. Thanks for keeping the word

So want her as a follower
It's not like she had a choice, gagged and enslaved like that!

Nice armor sets, now I'm convinced she's better suited for the Warrior type.
A note on Skyrim gameplay (compared to Oblivion's): finally spellcasters don't have any penalty for wearing armor. Even when role-playing mage characters in Skyrim, I often renounce to the Mage Armor perks in favor of some physical protection (with the only exception of the robes, to retain magicka regen and lowered spell cost). That way, I can gain some basic heavy-light armor skill increase that comes in handy at higher levels. For the same reason I'm not much interested in the Alteration Ritual spell (Dragonhide). It appears that the two do not stack (you wear armor, you loose the -80% damage benefit).

I never thought Hidielle could be so scary!
Always a pleasure to see new pictures from you. The beauty of your characters is astonishing.

I have to find that specific image. Perhaps I'm confusing her with some other character, but that can't be. I *usually* have a strong visual memory. Oh, and look back at the 'announcement' entry for a laugh.
P.S.
Found it!

Of corse I did. Normally we're accustomed to look only at the surface of things, and things by their own nature tend to get old and boring. Forgotten, like they never existed. I'm a time traveler. I like to wander in the past, and sometimes in the future.

To be honest, last time I was looking for some nice Fallout screenshots and stumbled upon your blog. I had a lot of free time and so I've been reading every damn page until present days.
Good work.

I've already expressed my appreciation for the elvish duo Cris - Shadow (Oblivion) elsewhere, but Storm really belongs to another galaxy. Superb character (and nice hairstyle, too). My vote is for Storm, no doubt.
Mist intrigued me in some past screenshots, but perhaps this particular pose or outfit isn't the best for her... I think the barbarian look suits her better. However, it's just my opinion.

You picked an excellent spot for screenshot 2 (Ellerete). Very nice!

Triangle ABC starting from A may be A->B->C or A->C->B.If you apply some sort of right-hand rule then you'll see they have opposite thumb direction.Which means reversed normal, isn't it?
This is quite obvious with pictures but without picture it's a bit difficult to make sense.Don't worry, the meaning is perfectly clear.
The ears problem is almost certainly related to the lack of an .egm file. Since this weird method seems to work for this specific case, I won't bother using the conformulator, I will simply try to hide/remove the ears.
Might try again the .obj conversion and the full translation, changing the dds name (your explanation for the missing texture makes sense) and see what happens. I doubt that the rendering priority and transparency will be preserved, but I'll try.
EDIT
Nope. Test failed.
I managed to get rid of the ears using "Clear asset path" from CSE. Thanks for all the help!

Unlike nifscript, .obj import script preserves the vert order. So you can bypass that issue by exporting the hair model as .obj from Nifskope, then import that .obj into Blender, then export the final result as .nif file.I think there is more than the vertex order at stake. First, when exporting to .obj we lose skinning. Exporting to .obj format mantains the ordering between vertices, true, but one must be careful with the settings (there are some, enabled by default, that can have undesired effects like rotating the mesh or influence the mesh decomposition). Furthermore, exporting back to .nif (even with 'stripify geometries' off) we have again the problems we sought to circumvent, and mat properties are changed.
Try stripifying a wig composed by NitriShapes (any would do). You can test this directly in Nifskope: the layers get messed up.

Oh, I see. I'm using the wrong term then (vertex painting). I just wanted to point out the fact that the texture 73_cream.dds was not applied and the hair color was pitch black, not only in the CS, but also in game.
I'm trying to find a way to hide my character's ears (they pop out of the hair, with the wig they remained hidden).
Perhaps a NiAlphaProperty block added to a custom earshuman.nif ? (Not really, crash on game load).

Nice!

Your insights are always welcome and clarifying, movomo.
If I get this right, basically the .obj format is lossless while the .nif format is lossy (concerning this particular aspect, vertex ordering). And it's gonna stay that way, no hope to see it changed in the future.
I tried also removing every vertex group from both meshes, merging them (combining material properties) and applying the translation to the resulting mesh, with the nice result of having a 'real' hair mesh (visible on the character also in CS). Sadly, also the vertex painting was gone (dark hair) and I can't imagine why.

This kind of conversion couldn't be done with the Clothing Converter tool. I had to sweat to get the work done with Blender. However, I find the result quite rewarding. Leave a message if you're interested, I may consider uploading the outfit.

I decided to remove the images because I never received an express consent to use the texures for publishing these screenshots.
Sorry for the sudden change of mind.
