Been getting requests for this every now and then so decided to finally share my preset. 3 preset set: nude, light armor (push up), heavy armor (slightly flattened push-up) plus my HDT file.

Crashing happens after ENB and Steam overlay kick in just when the menu buttons should pop up. And the game only crashes with USKP. I already reinstalled all USKP files too but that didn't help any. I tried deleting all files in \\my documents\my games\skyrim but that didn't work either (so restored it from backup), neither did reinstalling SKSE or ENB but I didn't really expect them to anyhow..
My game was originally running fine but I thought I might as well try that mod for bit more performance so I installed the plugin-less version and ran TexturesInstall.vbs as per instructions. And that started my problem, I ran TexturesUninstall.vbs in hopes that would fix the problem but no.
Oh right! Okay what you got here is a corruption from an outdated version of a edit program like xEdit/TES5Edit. Either you or the author of that mod has used an old version of that or a very similar program that conflicted wiht newer SKSE/USKP etc, when you ran the uninstall it left legacy shit in your folders that it didn't get rid of, and these are still in conflict. Either you need to figure out what either the uninstall program failed to remove, or the uninstall program left behind of itself, this could have been that it edited a file that was already there back and forth, the change may be gone but the act of editing left that file unusable and have to be replaced. And odds are you are not going to be able to do that, so yes that install is borked I'm afraid. NEVER use such idiotic install/uninstall programs, always be aware of exactly what's going on, and the #1 mod or program you always keep updated is xEdit, both for Skyrim and any other game, because an old version of that will BREAK your game instantly and faster than anything else.
However you should do what I said last post, you'll be way better off in the long term. If you do so, it'll be the last time you reinstall skyrim unless either you fuck up and do something you really shouldn't have, or you actually delete Skyrim to save some space for Fallout 4 or whatever and install it later. With MO there's no need to reinstall or the like because it never modifies your Skyrim install.

But thanks, since you pointed out the program being outdated, I took a second look at the .vbs code and found the problem.

Okay that mod changes the SKyrimtextures.bsa file, and it's a good chance that when you uninstalled it you were left without a textures.bsa. So redownload the whole game. And switch to Mod Organizer, now would be a perfect time for it, you'll never run into a similar issue.
However there is no way that even deleting textures.bsa and every texture in the game would lead to crashes, you need to delete meshes for that! So I have no idea why you are crashing, you had to have done something extra you're not telling about. Are you crashing without USKP?
Also when are you crashing? Right after Bethesda logo (if you haven't disabled it), right after ENB loads (if you have one), right as menu appers, right as you try to load a game? I'm going to need a lot more info to help you fix this.
But for now, do this. Your Skyrim is borked so delete it, delete local files from Steam, then delete the skyrim folder from Steamapps/Common. Now redownload it, download Mod Organizer latest version, and start from the beginning of this guide. Start up an unmodded (not even USKP, ENB or SKSE) game from Steam, start new game, wait until it's auto-saved once you get off the cart in Helgen, exit. Now you know the game itself works. Now I want you to go to first page of this guide and do everythign, inclduing changing your skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini files for the Ewi ones to be sure you'll get something that works, set up SKSE, the SKSE.ini all that, go in game, load your helgen save as you got off the wagon, if you can load without CTD we're still in buisness. Quit and start installing USKP and all that (Mod Organizer), SkyUI, an ENB and so on, stuff you're going to use for every profile. Copy your profile into a new one (I suggest naming it the name of your character), name the old one "Basic Profile" and go back and copy that if you start a new one. Add all the other mods you want, turn on Automatic Archive Invalidation, and test occasionally that you can load that Helgen save. Once you got all the mods together turn on Local Savegames as well, and make your character, or transfer your old character from your My Documents/Games/Skyrim folder (that didn't get deleted when you deleted Skyrim.

Been installing and configuring mods for two days so I rather try to save that work if possible before reverting to my second, clean (working) Skyrim installation.

I ran into a really weird problem and I've spent hours trying to fix this but I just can't, I've tried everything I could think of. So I tried this mod briefly thanks to a damn performance guide and somehow it broke my USKP. I uninstalled that crap, I replaced all Skyrim .bsa and .esm with clean ones, I replaced all USKP files with new ones and I've gone through my .inis trying to find something but I just can't figure this out.
I'm trying to load just Skyrim, update and USKP and it's a ctd. And there's nothing in my Papyrus logs! Anyone have any ideas about this??

Hey anyone know how I could swap some visual effects arounds? Double vision from Skooma gives me a headache and some milder effect like from the Arch Mage or Contortionist would be much better. Couldn't figure out how to change them myself

I would assume the version doesn't affect it much. But embarrassingly enough it seems that it was a problem with my test actor... Works perfectly with any other NPC

If you are using latest version of IFPV then open the configuration in Data/SKSE/Plugins/FirstPersonPlugin.txt and about line 10 or so there is this:
;!bindkey 0x67 0 "AttachIFPV"
Remove the ; symbol in front of that line so that it becomes:!bindkey 0x67 0 "AttachIFPV"
Start game and you should be able to attach camera to target with numpad 7 key. Target means who you are aiming at when the little label comes up with their name.Thanks, but I'm actually using an older version which still has the MCM menu. And the targeting function itself works fine, but during sexlab scenes the crosshair is disabled so I can't target the targets.
Now, I figured out I can use console "enableplayercontrols" to get crosshair back, but during scenes the characters don't show their name tags when targeting them. That's what's giving me a headache now...
But thanks though, now that I know which line to edit I might upgrade ifpv even if I can't solve my main issue

So in the past I've used Immersive first person's "attach camera to target" -feature with Sexlab to watch the scenes from the perspective of whoever is giving it to my character. But after a long break from the game I updated my mods and tried this again, I can't seem to be able to attach the camera to targets during scenes. Anyone know a way to get this working again?

I get a file integrity error..not sure why. It says files overwritten. I feel like I'm making a stupid mistake, I usually don't have issues installing anything
Been dealing with this too. Disabling all sexlab mods didn't work (must've missed something), so I disabled all but the essential mods and started a new game. That worked and sexlab installed itself properly. So if you can't find the particular mod causing the issue, just start a new game and enable your mods after sexlab has finished installing.

Yeah I gave up trying to find the troublemaker... 300+ mods with some big merges aren't exactly easy to go through for issue like this, easier to start a new game. But good luck finding it, if you do find it let me know, I got curious about it

I've been playing since the release day and up to 62 dwellers atm. The radio room is pretty crap for recruiting but it also increases everyone's happiness so it's worth keeping one at least. I just trained the guys there to 10 charisma and waiting to see how that affects recruiting. I've been expanding quite rapidly as I often get 500cap cards from the lunchboxes, and power is definitely the most important resource! I have 6 or 7 strength training rooms full 24/7 to get new workers for new plants. Just unlocked nuclear reactor, hope it has better efficiency as it takes forever to train workers to 10 strength.. And soon I need to build even MORE gyms to increase the strength of my explorers too!
Wish there were some trade possibilities in the game, after a little incident with water shortage, I overcompensated a bit and now the whole vault would be flooded if the game didn't just discard the overproduction...
I read through some articles on the game, and one stated that the nuclear reactor is actually less efficient than the regular power station, but its got a much bigger storage room for elecricity. Didn't check that in my game yet for obvious reasons.
Really? I'll have to google that before building one!
Maybe I am lucky with the radio room, since I have Elder Lyons, who has charisma 10 with just some Initiate robe ^^
edit: Oh, and he is quite the Ladies man
I use him to get the task of having 15 couples dance in the barracks right now heheI have Lyons too but training him for exploration. You'll get a lot a bald kids mate

Well, I don't use W10, so my knowledge is zero. Hopefully someone else can be of much more use than me.
But you could always try to Goggle it yourself.

I have that off. Still, first time I login to my PC and open any pic, Photos opens two windows; One for viewing the pic and second with my empty album/collection thingy. It's this second window opening that I want to get rid of as I don't use them anyways.
Hell, I'll even take suggestions for alternative programs that don't have any album/edit/share crap. I just want to view my photos one by one >.<
Oh and should I have posted this in the tech support?

Hey so does anyone know how I can disable the Windows 10 Photos app from opening the albums/collections window too when I open any pic just to view it? It's bloody annoying

I'm rather surprised at how well Win10 works once you manage to install it. Took me two days to get it on my SSD... It just wouldn't upgrade, always stuck copying files. Had to install fresh Win7 on another hdd, upgrade that to 10, extract the new serial key from registry and do a clean install on the SSD with the extracted serial. Pain in the ass...
Displayfusion works well for multiscreen but as someone who loves Vista's old Dreamscenes, I have to advertise Stardock Deskscapes too. It's 10 bucks but works decent enough and has very low cpu usage. Can be used to set different wallpaper on each screen. Some visual glitches though so try the trial first.
And yay it's still possible to recreate the good ol' quickstart on your taskbar

Hello so I just got windows 10 last night. a few days ago I modded skryim in the end 1 file messed it all up so I started again. then last night I downloaded windows 10 (not too bad btw ish..) so I then reinstalled skyrim (no mods) have all my mods from the last time in a folder ready. but when I installed skyrim it started on the lowest setting and windowed mode. it did the thing for the 1st time set up ect. said these are your setting. but when I went to start the game it didn't make the skyrim folder in my games/skyrim. it never makes the ini files. or the skyrimprefs. and every time I load up skyrim to try and make the game make the folder ect. it never does and just forgets to make them. I even played the game got to a save point saved the game and it didn't even save it. it didn't even make the skyrim folder.
any ideas? I know windows 10 has just come out but surly it cant do this?
You could just copy those folders to Win10 from your backups and see if that works. That's what I did after clean Win10 install.

That aside, about the android race damage commentary, I don't remember FO3 much, but did the android there explode or bleed like a normal human?

Yeah I've stalked the site and participated in random conversations for a good while now so I get it's very different kind of community here
But just haven't gotten around to moving my mods here or releasing new stuff. "I'll do it tomorrow, I need to finish this quest.." "I'll just finish this quest and then I'll- ooh shinies!" "Fire alarm? I'll just finish this quest real quick..."0 -
Reason why I have/had a whole bunch of private mods is the Nexus users. As others said there you have to deal with people whining about everything. People who don't have a released a single mod themselves telling you what how why and when you should or should not do something with your mod. Then you got those who don't have a clue how to manually install a mod and can't bother to google it. Bizarre bug complaints about things that are usually caused by some other mod, some random conflict or by failing to read the description (let alone the description of required mods!) Too much trouble dealing with that.
Though I have to admit that in my case it's my own fault for having released stuff on the Nexus in the first place... Will release my future work here and hope it'll be a more pleasant experience. Sorry for ranting

I've spent close to 10 hours in character creation already and the result is my two characters here:
The first character I made ended up having a bit of a housewife-look about her:
My second character started with idea for roleplaying a less caring character, more in your in face
but I didn't like her look in action so I decided to make her look more like a lawyer:
And since lawyers don't have hearts or souls, my original RP theme still works :)
