I have a sort of story about that one.  I was in my twenties and helping this Phillipino co-worker of my mothers move.  (He had soooo much expensive heavy stuff took all damn weekend, and he had to hire his painter to help move stuff, too, because so much of it was beyond my lifting capabilities.) Anyway, he's super flaming.  I mean swish, swish when he walks and the voice and all that.  So we were in the car me and him and the painter and that song starts playing.  Well he was singing along, but he was singing like "It's raining again, hallelujah" or something of that sort. 

I burst out laughing at the irony of him not knowing the lyrics to that particular song considering it's affiliation with gay culture.  I told him what they were really singing and he didn't believe me at first and then he got hurt because he thought my raucous laughter was about his proficiency with english and not the irony of the situation.

It's sad but i think most of the community is just infatuated with digital sex and there are already so many sex mods out there and no-one gives a shit about regular modding. If they could put the amount of effort and expertise that they put into these amazing sex mods and things they make we could have the best and most talented community available for making mods. People look down on us for being sex addicts, and think loverslab is nothing more than a porn site. I think there should be more people devoted to making real combat, animations, scripts and new explorable lands. You all have so much potential that i feel is being wasted...

Make them yourself, or get off your self righteous horse and recognise that it's not any of your business what type of mod another person decides to make.

I'd suggest uninstall with the firefly in UFO, script and save clean with your preferred mods and then try out AFT.  I used to use UFO, but I definitely prefer AFT after trying it out.

You won't be getting any snowflake points on the nexus from me for a while.  Gave up on downloading Dragonbreak there for the day.  3 hours estimated dl time compared to the 35 minutes here.  Mexican internet + Nexus always makes me tear my hair out.  At least, now that I know the mod is hosted here I can get started trying it out tonight.

It just depends on what you want in your game. If I want to make my grass prettier, than that's what I want. I will pick the prettiest grass mod I can find and then use it. Doesn't matter if someone put one hour or thousands of hours into a mod, if it is something I don't want to see in my game I simply won't use it. Doesn't matter how much time went into a mod because that doesn't mean I suddenly enjoy it. However that doesn't mean I need to be a douche about it. For example, Falskaar is probably the biggest mod atm and a truckload of work went into it.

 

Does that mean Falskaar is a good mod? Does that mean I must enjoy Falskaar more than a mod that took just a few hours? Does that mean I must download, endorse and enjoy Falskaar? No. Do I need to throw a tantrum because there are people that enjoy Falskaar more than I do? That some people obviously enjoy Falskaar more than anything I made or enjoy using? No. Same goes with every other mod.

Oh my God, I watched some of that first video, but stopped because I don't want any more spoilers.  It's like John Waters had a butt baby with Tarantino and their offspring ghost wrote that mod's dialogue while tripping on acid and channeling William Peter Blatty. THIS is why you shouldn't give two shits when we 'bash' mods. I realize this, any publicity is good publicity and I know my work is quality and there were probably hundreds of d/l from this guys, who clearly has no taste, video

 

I like it whenever anyone links my mods anywhere anytime for any reason, ya 90% of the people who view it who would never see my mod anyway won't d/l it cause of the crap review, but they weren't gonna see it or d/l it anyway and I get 10% of the viewers to d/l and try it and have some fun, so it's 100% win

 

You linking that got me another d/l, probably more than one as I do not actually promote my mods that much and I don't think I've even bumped the threads in months for them. Once again because I make them for me I just share cause I'm that cool and clearly not Kendo or I would delete them mwahahahha

Ok I fixed that, and then went through and double checked everything to make sure it matches, shouldn't be anymore issues with the installer script. The file has been updated, either redownload it or run the manual install procedure on the affected modules.

Thanks, good mod.  Installer (using Mod Organizer) isn't dropping the HFires plugin in for me for some reason.  No biggie, of course, I just manually move that one over.  Figured, I'd mention it in case it wasn't something on my end.

Sorry, that one's my bad. In the installer config, I have it looking for a directory named "30 Hearthfires" when the directory is incorrectly named "30 Hearthfire".

 

Fixed it, new file uploaded. Unfortunately this means you're going to have to redownload the whole thing(or of course you could just follow the manual installation instructions for hearthfire, that would work fine as well).

I really am working on a follower mod.  Germanicus asked for the face of one of the Altmer elf girls I made.  So far I her face morphs working outside of the esp I use to make it (Ethereal Elves).  She has a custom eye texture and some other tweaks I did with custom tint masks to generate her Chargen FaceTint files.  I WILL give her a skimpy outfit (UNP) and the obligatory SG hair.  Made her a custom class too and she has a full compliment of combat and stealth perks.  I'm working on her AI now so she actually has more of a like than just standing around in a tavern performing male drinking animations or playing musical chairs while munching on a loaf of bread.  She'll shop, go to temple services, etc.

 

I'll probably upload it so people can not download it, since it won't be a super-cute little elf girl with vanilla AI.

 

But feel free to make fun of me anyway for uploading a follower mod. 

I'm addicted to making follower mods that no one downloads.  There's just something about knowing you put that npc there in your game.
