[DOA5LR] Honoka & Marie Rose: NEW NRM & LOD NUDE MODS
CeeBee88 replied to SaafRats's topic in Adult Gaming
@Perry_p, lnk_Reshuffle v4.2 was used to install the hair mod, yes. I've been using it with the Steam version, and so far, I've had no problems. Can also still play online. @SaafRats, thanks man, you didn't have to do that, but it's really sweet that you did And don't worry about not being able to fix the wrists. All in good time, it's all good -
[DOA5LR] Honoka & Marie Rose: NEW NRM & LOD NUDE MODS
CeeBee88 replied to SaafRats's topic in Adult Gaming
Apologies if this comes across as picky, but I don't suppose it's possible to have a version of the Honoka mod without the flower pin? I've installed a loose hair mod for her, however when used with this mod, it looks like there's a flower floating slightly above her head at a weird angle. -
It is widely believed amongst all of us that the only way we can use modded costumes in the PC version of Dead or Alive 5: Last Round is if we use a pirated version of the game. We can only make them into DLC packs for the time being and we need a cracked INI file to use them, meaning we can only use them offline as a result. Well, that’s not necessarily the case. There IS a way to use DLC mods in the Steam version, though a word of warning – this way does cost money, as you will need an official DLC pack purchased on Steam to use it. Still, for being able to use mods online, surely that’s worth it, right? It is quite a lengthy process, but after you've done it the first time, it'll be much quicker to add new mods in the future. To do this, you will need these tools: DLC tool (ver. 0.9.1 recommended) Achivarius Right, before you start, you’ll want to gather the raw files for the mod you want to use in the game. If you already have them, great. If not, you can use Achivarius to extract them from the relevant DLC pack. Save them for later. Now you’ll need to locate the file containing your newly-bought DLC pack. For the purpose of this tutorial, I will be using the Pre-purchase reward set, which has a folder ID of 352150. All purchased DLC packs will go in the DLC folder in the game’s directory (Steam\SteamApps\common\Dead or Alive 5 Last Round). Make sure you back up this folder before messing with, so it can be easily restored should you mess up. Open up the DLC tool, and click “New DLC”. Choose the folder you want to save it in, and save it as the number of the DLC pack you wish to modify (352150, in this case.) The DLC tool won’t let you edit packs that are already saved, so you’ll need to set everything up. If you’re only interested in your own costumes and don’t care about the costumes already in the pack, you can disregard this and get onto adding them. If, however, you wish to keep the costumes in the official pack, you will need to put them in before adding your own. Open the pack in Achivarius and extract the raw files to a safe place. Now add each character on the DLC tool, ensuring you get the slot numbers and hairstyles correct. Once you’ve done that, add the raw files for each specific costume. At this point, you may want to save the state so you’ll have a point to go back to if you change your mind about costume slots. Click on “Save state” in the top right-hand corner and select the file to save to. You can save it as anything you like, but I prefer to save it as the folder number. Now it’s time to start adding your own costumes. Use the same process as above, assigning the right slots and hairstyles of each costume. Once you’re happy with everything, you can click “Save DLC” to create your pack. A box should then pop up to let you know it has saved successfully. Make sure you save the state of your pack before closing to ensure you can easily add more costumes later. Now open up the game directory and go into the DLC folder. Locate your newly-saved DLC pack and save it in the DLC folder, replacing the old file. Then just start the game and enjoy your new costumes with no cracks and no custom launchers! Additional notes - I haven’t tested this method for EVERY DLC pack because, quite frankly, I’m not willing to spend THAT much money. However, I do know that it DOESN’T work with the Tropical Paradise pack (probably because that one contains movies as well as costumes.) Ultimately, I'd recommend using the Pre-purchase reward pack because A. it’s the cheapest available, and B. the method totally works with it. If you do try it out with another pack, let us know of the results. - If you wish to use the extra hairstyles from the Senran Kagura set, you will need that pack as well. - Modded costumes can be taken online. What the other player will see will depend on what they have on their own system and what slots you are using for your mods. If you are using a slot that isn’t taken up by another costume, the other player will see the character in their default costume. These mods are local files, so only you will be able to see them. Trying to find people to play with, however... well, good luck with that

Most badly needed mods as we enter Week 3 of Fallout 4
CeeBee88 replied to marv4791's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
I'm holding out for a mod that lets you alter the third person camera. I know I'm in the absolute minority here, but I'm someone who prefers playing in third person. As such, customisable camera mods for both Fallout 3 and Skyrim were absolutely vital for me. Hoping something will come up for this one too. Would also love to see a mod that lets you see holstered weapons (rifle on back, etc.), but I'm not holding my breath for that one. -
Not gonna lie, when I first saw the title of the thread, I thought of something like Attack on Titan, which would be rather cool. Then I saw the rest, and... yeah... Hey, diff'rent strokes and all that.

Any chance you could post or link to a tutorial for this? I'd love to give this a try, but it seems there's more to this method than that image implies.

[DOA5LR] Post mods that aren't skins (archive)
CeeBee88 replied to truekasumi's topic in Adult Gaming
I'm personally holding out for a mod tool that allows me to change music and sound effects. I wouldn't mind being able to put some Tekken and Soul Calibur tunes in the game -

Yeah, as these guys have said, you have nothing to be sorry for. You've done a brilliant thing, and we thank you for it. -

Nice! Still has issues with the hair, but aside from that, very nice work. We're one step closer to having a complete perfect set! -
Following today's update, I decided to purchase the Hot Summer pack, and while I CAN put my own costumes in and they'll run just fine, extracting the costumes already in the pack and putting them back in results in a crash. So I guess you can say this one partially works - only if you want to add your own costumes and not bother with the ones already in there, which is what I think I shall use it for. And hey, that one is now the cheapest pack available, so that's something

DOA5LR: A Collection of Mods primarily based off Harry Palmer's work (Updated 10/7/15)
CeeBee88 replied to holdenmcclure's topic in Adult Gaming
There's a glitch on Kasumi and Phase 4 It would seem there are a few small holes under their left breast. Also, bar Lei Fang, I'm also no longer getting shadow flickers. -

Version 1.04 is a Beta that you have to opt into. To do that, do the following: - Right-click on Dead or Alive 5: Last Round on your Steam library and select "Properties" - Go to the "Betas" tab and put in the access code "DOA5LROnlineBetaBranch" and click "Check Code". A message should pop up if done correctly. - Select "onlinebeta" from the drop-down list - Close the properties window. You should now see [onlinebeta] next to the game name on your Steam library, showing that you have successfully joined the online beta. Wait for the update to finish then start the game -

It's because they're running mods in the legit Steam version by overwriting an official DLC pack, rather than making their own and running through a custom launcher. EDIT: Yep, I appear to be encountering flickering shadows with some of the girls, too. My GPU is a GTX 970 and I'm on version 1.04. -
[DOA5LR] Honoka & Marie Rose: NEW NRM & LOD NUDE MODS
CeeBee88 replied to SaafRats's topic in Adult Gaming
Bug report: While playing with the normal Honoka mod, I noticed this - There appears to be a dip in her wrists. It's nothing major and is only really noticeable on the character select screen and a couple of her win animations... and it certainly doesn't detract from my love for this mod -

HOORAY!!! It's available at last. And it was worth the wait. Thank you very much SaafRats and everyone involved. These are absolutely brilliant. -
Whenever I upload mod videos to YouTube, I make them unlisted. That way, they don't come up in searches and only those with the link can view them. Speaking of which, here's a random video of Honoka vs. Christie. I changed skin textures and used HxD to try and minimise the neck seams. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cXg9WkmVUTk I don't main Honoka, and I'm not particularly good with her, so please excuse the way I'm playing

DOA5LR Real Nude Mod for Honoka,Christie and Sarah (not finished yet)
CeeBee88 replied to muhades's topic in Adult Gaming
Discovered another error with this mod. Seems a few strands of Sarah's ponytail can get caught on something that isn't there, making them appear to have a weird centre of gravity. It's most notable on a few of her win animations. I've attached a screenshot for your reference. On the whole, I like this mod, it's put together much better than the one found on 3DM. Just the hair that's the issue (and the neck seam, though I've replaced the skin texture to make it less noticeable ) -
So, the weirdest thing happened the other day - I managed to get a few games online. So I took advantage of the situation and recorded a few games. Here's Kasumi's nude mod in action. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BRj3InV8PDA Unlisted video, so no sharing please. Also, view in HD for best result.
-
So I got full nude mods for Christie and Honoka. On the whole, they're really well done, though there are very faint lines on their necks (pics attached for reference). To be fair, they're only really noticeable if you observe them really closely, though I would like to attempt to resolve this if at all possible. Would this be a fairly complex thing to do?
-
That's from the Senran Kagura DLC, so you'll need that if you want the file.
-
You can add costumes for any character, regardless of whether or not they had a costume in that pack to begin with. Just add them on the DLC tool, add the raw files and assign a slot. Sorted!
-
[spoiler]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSOlkQr459Y Couple of things - first, I'm not a video editor, so please excuse the piss-poor production values of the video. Second, this video is unlisted, so I would appreciate it if you didn't share it with anyone outside the site without my permission. Thanks much. Should go without saying, but watching in HD is recommended.
-
Unless the other player has the same files installed on their PC, depending on what slot you have the mod saved in, they should only see the character's default costume.
-
That's not necessarily true. If you have one of the official DLC packs, you can modify it using the DLC tool and use it in a non-cracked version of the game. I've adeed all the nude mods released so far to the pre-order DLC pack and I'm able to use them in my legit Steam copy. I can even go online with them.
