Honestly your the ass and they are to for calling them one over something so simple and them for making an assumption if you want something rule one is to try to get it yourself. if that fails then ask i found that doing this i have only needed to download mods here and there for things i am not doing my self and this has resulted in oblivion,skyrim,fallout 3, and fallout new vegas becoming something else entirely these mods are tailored for me and do EXACTLY what i want and no more i have no intent to get something that is only half what i want any more got way to much of that with oblivion so i fixed that my self. What you are talking about is simple at best if you want something quick look at another mod that has the features see what you can do about putting the system over and then go from there. I have 45 mods in my game that i made myself doing everything i want from making sweet rolls better items to a mega fort that stands only for my character and repels anyone that isnt my character or isnt a follower (marked using a spell). It was hard at first sure but i quickly realized that if i wanted i could even make something i liked more than sexlab albeit ran to what  i like and nothing less. That way i dont have to have long talks with people about features i like and can keep to my own anti social self on things i want and spend more time talking about things that realy interest me like debates politics and even helping now and then with other people on stuff they want to let them reach that point on there own threw their power.
