[WIP] Sexy Jumpsuit (help needed from FO4 experts!)
Gameplayer replied to DixiePig's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
Wait we can use Nifskope already with Fallout 4? Er I was under the impression that this would take far longer than well 12/3/2015 uh wow. Or they are just making headway? I should prob shoot an Email to some friends and just ask IDK... @ DixiePig, I know your worried about how to implement it into the game with its ESP, but don't get absorbed in like panic mode there if your having a tough time with that part its not as big a deal as say actually being able to make unique mesh that works in the game. As far as the Fallout 4 edit, I'd imagine that a lot more people understand how to use Fo4edit than make a mesh...I want to offer but I've been sick, and well just poking my head up to see how mods are progressing sorry >< -
am I the only one finding the "BUSTY" mod... meh
Gameplayer replied to Bloodfang's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
Mod makers do what they can primarily for themselves, Comments about how it sucks are bad form. Simple as that your being an asshole doesn't take a lot of thought to determine that. These guys are not paid, they are fans and yes people behave very weird like if you post a mod your now subject to their vision of how it should be and that tends to come with a huge amount of hassle. To really get a good glimpse of what I'm getting at here well make a mod and post it up. Sometimes the potential end user just treats the mod maker wrong, and its wrong but these people have it in their head that they are doing the world a "service." -

You should either use it or move on. Don't get where you think coming off like an asshole is appropriate. -

Gameplayer replied to DixiePig's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
I would be all for trying my hand again at making armor... I did do an armor for Skyrim but that was soo many years ago and I cant remember everything I even did to get it into the game or much of the commands for Blender >< I still make mods and there is just so much stuff to track and practice it is mindboggling but I've been wanting to make another outfit. So the short is, I would use your Tutorial if you make one. I was wondering which rendering program you have used to make those meshes too. -
Most badly needed mods as we enter Week 3 of Fallout 4
Gameplayer replied to marv4791's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
This would not be something that could be implemented anytime soon but how about a method for saving the constructed buildings from a save game into an ESP. Example, I've done some nifty towns and structures that seem really fun with the settlement building but it would be even cooler if say I could transplant the work I did in Sanctuary into an ESP that I could either use in my next playthrough or pass along to a friend who isn't savy with settlement building. I don't know but it seems to me something like Savegame information could be mined then planted into a ESP somehow... Anyway I could just make them in the Geck when that's out but the other method would let anyone be able to play with a cool house or outpost someone made. -

Careful about leaving all those existing dog houses standing in Sanctuary, when you dismiss Dogmeat he will randomly pick one to hang out in so it can be a real hassle to find him again...Actually this has caused an issue for gamers already... -

Mature content in the game - a list (please contribute)

The woman in that shack died to drug overdose, there were drugs all around her corpse. The thing is that if you sneak up on him he talks about it. There is a cave where one raider is talking about an experience he had, also a Survivor Guide that is sub titled "Repopulating the Wasteland by Mora Brown." There is a lot of adult content but its not blantently obvious stuff, wonder why everyone ignores the huge amount of drug use going on as well...I know drug use isn't what your looking for but uh its definitely adult content so the game is very far from Puritan approved haha. So uh what was such a pretty girl doing drugs in a raider shack for? -
Can I play Fallout 4 on this PC?
Gameplayer replied to deividkamui's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
Short Answer is: If you are upgrading from your GTX 260 why be in such a hurry to sell it when you can just plug it back in and get more FPS? Should try it out right away if you already have two cards with Nvidia Chipsets. I did right after reading an article online about how much it improved performance for Witcher 3 and was blown away by the FPS gains in addition to ramping up the settings. See when I upgraded my GTX 580 to the 970 I was curious about what to do with the old card so I started doing searches and found out about Dedicated PhysX Card and how awesome it is for games that use Gameworks...Essentially its been shown that before making a purchase for SLI your best bet for those games is to have a dedicated PhysX card so you save a lot of money and get a bigger gain. Here's what I remember about SLI. Currently when you have SLI or Crossfired Cards the VRAM in both connected cards contains all of the same data. This is to say that your not making a real gain in the amount of VRAM you actually have its still like having one card. The thing is that the cards will work in tandom to get the same information out to the screen a tad faster but from what I've read its only about 10% faster if that. The dedicated PhysX Card is really a first step in dividing the work load. So your dedicated PhysX card is actually only handling the gameworks features and that is stuff like the physics on the screen, this is stuff that if your graphics card was overwhelmed handling would then be passed off to your CPU which I think is why the CPU req's are so high. So workload is divided when doing it this way. I have no idea if that actually translates into meaning a higher VRAM threshold you'll have to look that up. The card is the only one thinking about those objects in explosions, stuff like cloth physics, and hair physics...Thing is Fallout 4 uses a lot more of the Gameworks features and I cant remember them off hand something about tessellation and 9 more things are packed in. One thing I know from personal experience is that when I had the settings in Witcher 3 set to full with just the EVGA GTX 970 card I was getting 45 FPS outside of towns and about 30 in towns. Slotting another card to handle PhysX I went up to 60 FPS outside of towns and 55 in cities. My findings were pretty much the same as the reports I found when I looked up "Dedicated PhysX Card" on a Google Search...Since I already had the cards well I tried it out and was very happy with the results, cant argue such huge gains haha I have been enjoying Fallout 4 and the Witcher 3 with those cards slotted at full settings and smooth handling under stress or uh you know those situations where you might expect to see a slow down well those never happen for me. -
Can I play Fallout 4 on this PC?
Gameplayer replied to deividkamui's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
Your best bet is to get a pair of Nvidia Graphics Cards, they do not have to be the same model and in fact its better this will take some explaining so bear with me. Fallout 4 has Gameworks features a graphics advancement by Nvidia. One of the often overlooked features of this is that you can now dedicate a graphics card fully to handling Gameworks features as long as the following conditions are met. -Both cards have Nvidia Chipset, ie could use an EVGA card as well as many other parts manufacturers. -The dedicated card is at least 8,000 series with 512 MB VRAM, earliest of the series supporting this advancement. >>Means that the cards do not have to be the same exact card or even the same generation. -You have enough slots and meet power requirements, also note cooling may be a concern. So understand that these cards are not SLI'd or Crossfired, literally Nvidia has made a gain here by allowing the work load to actually be divided rather than attempting to brute force it through SLI or Crossfire....Which BTW you can SLI and use a dedicated PhysX card at the same time. In a word the dedicated card attempts to fully handle the Gameworks features on its own and overall this ensures good performance. Another game of note that used Gameworks that a dedicated PhysX card worked wonders for is the Witcher 3. You want the best look and performance? Get two Nvidia cards, your second card should cost maybe around $60 dollars, serious this will give you better gains than SLI or Crossfire, want more specifics on this just look it up on Google, "Dedicated PhysX Card" Personally I'm playing Fo4 and Witcher 3 with EVGA GTX 970 SSC and a GTX 580 dedicated PhysX its constantly smooth under all conditions all graphics features on full. -
Go fucking make a mod already dipshits, I don't have a problem with the game but since you do next time don't target me.

My character can open boxes and not get tied up in Devices! She sleeps in the hostile wasteland but doesn't get attacked? Got beat down by a Mutant but no enslavement. Please fix :) -
Short Answer, hell no You don't need ENB for this. The graphics are freaking great. "Lighting, shadowing, distance draw, its very good." It keeps trying to push over 60 for me with full settings. Distant view is very nice I haven't seen pop in yet, god rays are nice, and mostly its got a lot of eye candy. Combat seems very fun and with even a lot going on there is no micro stutter or fps issues. All around its much better than what some people were making it out to be. Honestly I don't think an ENB is really needed and this is coming from a guy that plays Skyrim with Realvision ENB alright its nice. Thing is though I have two gaphics cards a EVGA GTX 970 SSC and GTX 580 as a dedicated PhysX Card so I never have slow downs basically even with all the crazy shit going on. Oh ya Hair is fully physics too. And lots of stuff blows up or breaks all over the place haha.

Gameplayer replied to ShadowThief's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
Zap sliders. Specific part of mesh deleted and done. You really gotta edit a pre-existing outfit that bad? Bodyslide is a nice tool and its nice having more stuff to work with. The biggest argument I see is that BS/OS doesn't lead to brand new creative works, and at the moment its certainly been true that it relies on pre-existing outfits. Lets not lose sight that for converting an outfit for a wide audience its incredibly useful, fast, and provides slider data for numerous additional features that are fun to use. Mostly what I have seen is sure before you had conversions being done by people for a real long time in say 3DS but when I can say that I have done effectively the same in less time and the end result provided the options end-user's are looking for well. Anyway, this discussion has turned from Fallout 4 adult mods to "Why Kendo2 and company don't like Bodyslide." The whole point of which only really hinges on "This is not new content, just recycled content, end-user's should L2 Blender/3DS or go home." ??? How fun is that? What for? Jebus? -

Alucard90, Uh well we can use Blender to make stuff for Skyrim but the question is when and how will we make stuff for Fallout 4? Also I'm not sure how I will get my hands on 3DS max. -
(Disscussion) Fallout 4 Adult Mods
Gameplayer replied to ShadowThief's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
That seems more like an issue with the mod user base in general, I could apply that to pretty much the masses really. Whats scary is the inability of the mod users to name the author of their favorite mods, ask em to name just 5, 10, or 20 author's of mods they even like its a lot harder for them than I think it should be. Got a lot of people out there that rave and rave about how awesome being able to see the body in first person is but do they know the name "LogicDragon" nope. Project Navada, people demanding that for Fo4 already, Gribblesnitz but can they name him, (who the heck is that?) Sorry Kendo, there are a lot of end-user's don't give two real shits about mod authors actually. Anyways, I remember all the authors I've used assets from and each author that has spent time helping me with the creative process... But it just seems to me that what your going on about is a symptom of the newer users coming up. Some Fallout authors Roybatty, known for continuing the work of others and providing support to end-users ChuckSteel, uh Interiors, project lead for TTW anyone? NMC, uh famous texture mod for Fallout Gopher, Immersive Hud for BSG games Kendo2, Raider Bar Dimon99, unp type3 ya female bodies anyway, just when I'm reading forum threads online it just seems like soo many end-users just don't even know the name for the person that made the mod. Don't think they really care actually, they must think hey its all free whats it matter. -

I'd like to have 3DS Max, got Blender on my Machine again but it was a challenge making an armor. Although I did make an armor that was a long time ago and I'm worried about being basically a beginner all over again with it. That said there wont be much stuff available until people make said items so I guess its time to blow the dust off the software I do have access to. Thing is I thought Kendo and CPU basically said to me that we were going to end up waiting on Nifskope team to make it so that we could convert meshes with the program before new items or conversions could be made anyway. Plus really whats all the arguing for? Bodyslide is freaking awesome, provides options, like sliders and really its faster for converting honestly it is more time efficient. How many of you guys out there want to convert the outfit to each of the popular bodies "geez what a waste of time that'd be." With BS you convert once and have so many slider options you can make changes to your avatar on the fly in the game its sweet. As far as the mesh being fucked when porting it back to Blender who the fuck is going to need to re-port the outfit then, after its been game ready at that time its not needed. As far as I'm seeing people are just getting upset at this time for no real useful or good reasons. We should be all getting along and having a grand ol time discussing what we are looking forward too with the new game. I know I for one would like to maybe get some pointers and refresher's for using Blender but as far as I was told its a bit pre-mature due to no one knowing if anything is even ready yet for the porting process. -

Fallout 4 Discussion Thread
Gameplayer replied to BruceWayne's topic in Fallout 4 General Discussion
For now I'm not getting on board the "Fear Train." Cause that's what it is. Better off just waiting until we know more and then react based on whats offered. Honestly if BSG wants to regulate the modding scene it will just make the game less popular than the previous entries and how much well if that comes to pass we will see wont we. For now I just want to play the new game but honestly my Skyrim installation is quite fun as it is and I cant really compare how much fun Fo4 will be verse that cause I don't have the game now can I? So ideal would be, Third Party sites, such as ours being able to continue to offer an alternative for an adult audience. Which I for one think is much larger than anyone actually openly admits, how many unique download naked bodies do we need to prove before everyone realizes that its the most called for type of modification that there is? I mean come on lets be real on this there are far more people modding the game than publicly shown in data by at least 10 times the reported numbers and actually I'd say closer to 90% of PC users. Gotta realize that IF the actual amount of people modding the game was closer to the low ball figure than the push for console modding wouldn't have been such a big deal at all, but this is actually the number one reason ppl are willing to buy a console for a game and that is whats happening. Why well not everyone can afford new gaming PC and there are tons of what should I build threads popping all over. Sad thing is that the mod scene is driving sales more than anyone is willing to admit and it most certainly is selling a lot of hardware, especially for computers biggest consideration by mod users is "how much over the specs do I need to go for mods" people involved in sales just love this shit. If BSG wants an apocalypse they only need to follow the gameplan of some of the rabid speculation running around on the internet >< So the Bethnet move and edits to the EULA is likely to allow them for more options and control over what happens on the modding scene for consoles and what gets posted on Bethnet. Prob also to allow for option of paid mods. Anyway, reality check. Mods are a cash cow been that way for a long ass time. Especially the naked body mods and the sexy costumes. -
Doesn't matter, The viewers have ppl that are banning the video's which is crazy ppl should not be doing Beth's job. Suppose someone should award them a fanboy badge, who fucking cares if we watch video's of gameplay those guys do I guess. Really what it is they cant play so they will spoil being able to watch for those that want too. Sucks.
