I'm working on a mod which lets you use a different body setting for each race. So, I have a master file with all of the armors with textures (armor addons) split by race with the master just pointing to default meshes and with optional esp files that let you point a given race to a custom mesh directory. That way you can pick a single default body, like one you made based on UPN, and then pick which races you want to be different; i.e. imperials who get fat at weight 100 and/or Orcs who get big muscles at weight 100. I need to put the armor settings in the esp file with just the texture sets (addons) changed in the race specific files.   This works great with this project with one caveat: Getting it to work with any mod that changes default armors in esp files. So if you have a mod that changes weights or protection of armors or some other balancing mod dealing with armor then my mod wouldn't work. Any esp file will override objects in any master file. Armor texture replacers aren't an issue since those are just in the mesh directory.   An example of an incompatible mod is the "JBS Mundane Overhaul" which I think just changes armor weights. If the   I'd really like to be able to have different body shapes for races instead of having them all be the same but I don't see any way to do it without it being incompatible with any other mods which affect armor stats.   So, is it still worth doing my mod? I was hoping to have it ready by the time most armor sets were released for the Citrus body mod.

Just thinking on the scale issue for dragons, dogs, wolves, etc. Is the scale you use "baked" into the animations? What if you took the movements you made @20% (or whatever it was) for the dragon and applied those to the full sized dragon skeleton? The actors are actually animated separately anyway. Then after the dragon is summoned in-game you select it in the console and use "setscale .2" (or whatever it is) before playing the animation? The initial starting positions would be a best guess so you'd need to adjust a few times after seeing the results in the game. You'd need to use the same scale for dragons all of the time though for dragon porn so someone would need to script that to avoid needing the console.   Just a thought. :-)

I wouldn't mind seeing some of the More Monsters (SkyMO) critters done instead of HagRavens, Draugr, or Skeevers.

I've seen people messing around using setscale .05 in the console on dragons to make bird sized ones so I wonder if the scale has to be changed after the dragon is created in world? Just a thought. I don't know how you scaled it. Creating a new race like Cyndi suggested is a good thought too!   edit: Did you also have the SL option to match actor scales enabled at the same time you tried the dragon? It probably shouldn't be.

  You're not continuing to develop this with BodySlide? I thought you were pretty close.  

The current SL has race and gender match specific adjustments pre-generated. I suppose someone could extend this for creature "races".   If a player has Bretons with really fat buttocks then clipping would be inevitable if you can't adjust the positions. :-)
