Ever since I saw that we could build settlements, that's what I wanted as a mod.   Build a settlement that is just a large red light district.   Brothels, bars, casinos, stripclubs, pornshops etc.    I tweaked a few mods in NV and Skyrim, but never did one of my own.  (no point)   However, since this is a new game, I just may see what I can do.   (last time I did anything like modding was way back for Doom doing a few levels. nothing fancy, just did up our office building, turned the workers and mangement into mutants)   It's also the main reason I bought the game on release and didn't wait for the sales. Wanted to see what's in the game before mods to see where to put such a fun and practical place.     

Well, duh,  Ride the Red Rocket!      After the first bit, not much else to do with the area.  Nice cave around back for .... activities.   Edit: almost forgot, since strippers (and patrons) always seem to like the schoolgirl look, there's actually a school in Boston.  Course ya gotta kill the nasties in it, and no idea if there is a quest associated with it, but would make a nifty stripclub building.
