    Open FNIS, De-Install Creatures then re-run FNIS. See if that does it.

    Might be a stupid a question, did you actually re-run FNIS after you updated your mods?

    What you're describing sounds like the Sexlab Submit mod. You may have overlooked it when you disabled your other mods.
