If you don't use SOS, you don't really need it (check XPMSE installation interface).

It will be good to see your log file. I can't say for sure, but since you have no other mods that messing up with FNIS and SL, you probably have a problem with skeleton. Your FNIS report should loks like this, although I'm using different skeleton then you.:

Since you're using XPMS2HDT skeleton, check installation instructions once again in the mod's OP.

Recheck Skeleton requirements too:

RaceMenu users:
RaceMenu 3.4.4 or newer

Enchance Character Edit\Vanilla users:
NetImmerse Override Standalone 3.4.4 or newer

@Ewan_01 - Your Fnis looks fine. No errors. Try to run Match maker mod. If you don't have it, install it from here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/17343-sexlab-matchmaker-updated-09172014/

Cast the spell on yourself and some NPCs. If the animation starts, you probably have some skeleton issue. In that case, uninstall your skeleton mod. I suggest you to use SOS mod this time. http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/498-sos-schlongs-of-skyrim/ Install it first and do not overwrite when asked. Then install your Skeleton mod again (do not install Racemenu SOS) and overwrite when asked. Run FNIS and LOOT. It should solve your problems.

First of all, if this is your load order, it is in big mess. Run LOOT. If you don't have it, install it from here: https://loot.github.io/

Second you are using UFO mod (Ultimate follower overhaul) and some other dialogue mods like; better Dialogue controls, and all UFO addn's for all DCL's. According to the author of the mod, you must place them in certain order. LOOT is your helper in this. Run it ant it will sort your load order and show you errors.

This is the basic steps. Do this and let us know.

Also, most important question -. which mod are you using for followers? UFO, AFT or EFF or some other?

Everybody while enjoying the company of others here, reading post and having fun, when seeing someone with a problem you have learned to solve.. help. That is an excellent way to support the site and cost nothing in the way of money. Only cost a bit of time and some patience. In turn you learn more and grow in the process.

 

I have helped many members that have moved on into creating mod content here on LL. Where I can't help with a script I help with moral support and an occasional joke to lighten the mood. You'd be surprised how far a positive attitude can help this site. ;). Especially when problems that are occurring due to the forum updates.

 

This is incredibly valuable for sites like this and cost absolutely no money at all and can make all the difference.

That's what I'm trying to do too. My thread: NMM help, tips & tricks is one of the examples. Also, if I see a problem that I know how to resolve, I offered my suggestions. Sometimes, even that I know the answer I'm not posting it since it requires more knowledge of English and certain terminology which i don't have since English is not my first language. But being active in this forum is my small contribution to this great site that I love a lot.

Reading your posts on the other threads all I can say for you is  that you are very helpful, patient and a good person.  This forum is lucky to have man like you. And this is not flattering. I just give you credits you deserve.

I also wish to do more for this forum. My father loved to be here. he called it his second home. I do too. Unfortunately, my financial situation is very bad. I can't contribute to LL financially (my bank account is blocked and I have no credit cards plus paying some credits too), my knowledge of programming and scripting is equal to zero and so on and so on.... So at least I can give deserved credits, moral support and compliments for hard work that Ashal and many of you are doing. You guys are awesome!!!
