I have a mod idea regarding the Synths of the institute, well rather, several fragmented and un-fleshed-out ideas that can be built upon by you guys here at the forums.
The base of my idea and what many other parts majorly rely on is a custom race mod in which you can be a synth, similar to one of skyrim's custom skeleton or draugur race mods, but with more customization allotted. This would obviously have to have support for female Synths, and of course with this being Loverslab, they wouldn't be any short of attractive.
A second idea with these synths would involve animations in a sex framework. Of course the framework this would work within is not and will not be out for a considerably long time (some speculate a few months to a year). Now to the point. These animations, with the Synths being robots and all, could involve the Synths transforming (i.e. an arm transforming into a large penis or a penis pistoning itsself out of one's pelvis. Fetishy-type things like that. Possibly some kind of latching transformation in which a male Synth's hands and feet transform into grapples that pin the female (or male, if that's your thing) to the ground in a forced intercourse situation, or even as far as a Synth transforming itsself into a mechanical tentacle monster or a machine not unlike that of those seen in Estrus for Skyrim (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33102/?).
Another idea would be for a female Synth to be your companion, similar to that of the ARES Project of Fallout New Vegas (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/48621/?) with similar features such as having sex with her.
These things would also require a custom skeleton for the Synths of course, and with that, takes time as the modders of this site and others do god's work and figure out how to make polygons shaped like penises repeatedly stab polygons shaped like vaginas. Until then, these are just some ideas
From what I see with the FO4 is the Synths have the same skeleton as the humans. In essence they should be able to be aninated with the same animations as the humans when Sextec is created. The body alterations would still be need to be made.

MO2? MO1 !. What are you taking about. Which version? ARe these new version (different from the MO I currently use for gaming).

Verify Cache on your game first to be sure it isn't some corrupted file in the main game.
Then create a clean profile with nothing but the base game and see if it works (new game sorry)
If that works then your base install is good. Perhaps along the way refresh the SKSE as well, you know to be sure that is good to go.
With the above you know your base is good to go for the most part. With mo there should be something that is showing a conflict. You are running MO on a clean install of Skyrim correct? There isn't a chance that you installed something manually or by another manager in the main game is there?
Then move the required skeleton towards the bottom (bottom if needed right before the overwrite) to see if that helps. I'd copy your current profile (saves as well) during the testing and resolution as Skyrim don't like having mods moved around (can break saves)
If that don't work you might have a bad mod file somewhere in MO. Refresh the installs from clean or new downloads or good clean reliable backups (if the the versions you are using aren't available anymore) Should only need to be concerned with the armor and body mods you have in MO. However if that don't work then perhaps move on to the rest of the mods. FYI I usually have copies (dated) of the MO install so I can return to them. I create new dated backups each time I create a new profile. (which covers all the old profiles at the same time :P)
Finally make sure you are using the proper versions for the mods you are using. I had a horrible time with a play through only to find out that I was one version off on a mod that was required. ;).
That is the best trouble shooting I can give you. There is really little need to reinstall Skyrim. The verify cache option should cover everything unless you have ever installed any mods manually or used another mod manager. If that is possible nuke and reinstall the Skyrim, Tesedit5, SKSE and CK if used along with any other tools or ENB use use.

Wasn't NMM recently updated to be compatible with 64bit? I have been installing what I am using manually. I haven't tried MO yet for FO4. The mods aren't that complex to really need mod manager at least not at first. Maybe now it is getting close if someone wants to use many. (or starting to work on their own tweaks.
What does Tannin have to say about FO4 and MO?

QuoteExcuse me for the wrong word used here. No not "show" I'm talking about criticizing other people's work that doesn't seem to be fit in their eyes. I've seen how it's slowly has turned into a prejudice place where it's a welcome sight to do such things, and it's not far off when those very same people along with the others who have this same mentality decide it's okay to go full throttle on bashing people's work here. It shouldn't matter what degree you skill is in modding. If you have something to provide that other people may like, what right do they have to flame on their work just because they can do more? That's my point.
Thanks for the clarification. You are correct. It doesn't matter the level of skill a person has or the path that they decide to take so long as they follow the site rules. This site is built on the fact the Modders come first. That includes newbies and those just starting or even learning to mod the first time. This site should be a great experience for those wishing to create content regardless of the content they create or "style" of mods they choose to embrace.
I haven't seen what you seen. Perhaps I have but haven't actually "noticed" it. I try to encourage all forms of content creation from videos to screen capture kings and queens. Even the occasional "game" creator like the late Germanicus licking contest. Others here should do the same or ignore that content. Varied content creation is the life's blood of this site. It drives membership and growth to the site and provides inspiration for more mods.
If someone is experiencing this they should address this attitude first with the individual. Might be a misunderstanding or language barrier and then if not satisfied with a moderator and if needed even Ashal. They will respond to those that are being mistreated, judged or "flamed".

If you are gong to need a reinstall.
very sad. however check into the possibility of using MO. It is a bit more work to setup however it tells you if a file is being conflicted. In this case you would just have to check the conflicts and find the one that is messing with the skeleton. I find it a very nice feature as I am getting very lazy in my modding these days.

Nothing is wrong there. It is working as intended. The mods have been installed by NMM and isn't controlled by MO. (as stated above). There isn't anything MO can do with those files other than allow you to click on them to activate the individual mods on the right side.
The best way is to install the mods through MO on a clean Skyrim install. Cleaning the Skyrim is esay in this matter. just delete the Data folder and use Steam to "Verify Cache" and the files will be clean.
If you have nMM still installed (never uninstalled it) you should be able to still manage the mods through NMM until you install them through NMM.
Yes this is a pain in the ass. However once done you don't need to reinstall Skyrim again and if you do.. No problem.. MO holds the files not Skyirm so long as you have a copy and backup you can do what you want safely.
MO is powerful and useful tool if you give it what it needs to function properly. It can even handle custom .ini files needed for each individual mod used to turn them on and off etc. (INI in DAta folder not main folder;))
It is a big move to move to MO. Lots of work. We have a thread here for support and many go there and help with basic setup and configurations. Very useful for the new MO users.

There are many mod content creators for fallout and Skyrim. The games have different styles and even functions. The preference is personal and the only way to truly experience and understand which you prefer is of course to experience the various options yourself. Both have the base requirements and a simple mod or two to give you a "feel" of the mod and experiences that you can get using their mod system. (test if you will). I strongly advise if you have either or both of the games to try them for yourself. There is plenty of support to help you get a basic setup to test them on the site.

One of the reasons why I've tried as hard as I can to stay away from the Fallout 4 section. It's a reservation for elitist to depict anything that doesn't fit their agenda. But I'll patiently wait for humble mod authors like CE0 who are very talented to release mods who do not depict mods because it's not their taste. I've taken upon to look down on certain modders I used to find as an inspiration. People I would of thought would serve as a good example to others, not sit on the top pointing their gun down on others.
It is fine you don't appreciate FNV as much as some others do. There are many mods and I don't appreciate as much as others. It is preference. Nothing wrong with that. I personally use both to various degrees yet for the better part of this entire last year I had neither modded on my system except for some very brief play or testing. Nothing major.
It is ashamed that you believe that Fallout (4 or any section for that matter) top mod authors (some at least) are "pointing their gun down on others". I haven't seen this personally. There are many that have opinions and some quite strong. However I see the same in Oblivion and Skyrim as well. Then again I try to view the post given by many here in the best possible light where ever possible.

Vex and Sapphire; hate those cunts. Brynjolf is a serious cunt too with his 'laddy' and 'lassy' brogue bullshit. Pretty much hate the whole Thieves' Guild quest line.
Witcher 3
Menge, the leader of the Witch Hunters in Novigrad. Glad when he gets it. Whoreson Junior was a pleasure to kill too. And Emhyr, the Emperor of Nilfgaard was a real tool.
FO4
Just about every NPC I had the misfortune to click on. Piper was okay..at first but even then I thought she earned a bullet with the contrived dialogue about how conflicted she was. It got old quick.
With FO4 that seems to be the curse. Any companion NPC you meet. They might seem interesting or cool at first then they start to get on your nerves. Didn't have that problem with FNV or evne FO3. (yes I didn't like some of them but those were few and far between).
Skyrim. There are good and bad however.. that chick that helps with the Blades. When you "reestablish" them she starts dictating to you what should be done with this and that etc. (dragon etc) .. WTF!.. The blades *Serve* the dragonborn. That is what they are suppose to do. it is up to the dragon born to decide the paths they protect them not bitch at them about what to do next. My toon just fulfilled the prophecy and killed the world eater and she thinks she can tell ME what to do next?
FO3.. That McGready needs to be put over someones knee and thoroughly spanked until he can't walk for a week. On second thought.. make that two weeks.

If yes the whole situation is tragic & comedy together. Tragic because Ashal gives his best self for everything to work Comedy because all of us cycling around him we talk about everything. One works and all of us comment wow lol.
p.s. poor Ashal if you knew you wouldn't made the upgrade...
I am sure there are many here that would lend hand to help him with the forum if he wanted/ needed the help. I know a few competent coders have posted and commented on this.
In the end he will get all the praises for the work he did updating the site. That is provided he can survive the problems he is experiencing.
I don't remember it being so difficult the previous upgrades. It is likely it isn't just the standard forum upgrades that is causing him problems. He has done this many times before. It is likely the added features being added beyond the forum software that he wishes to give us. Features beyond the standard features available through the forum software that is causing him all the problems.
Anyway it appears for the first time since the change over the site is working (at least for me) pretty well. :).. That is a plus in my books.

Body distortions can be caused by having the wrong skeleton. Make sure you have the proper ones for the bodies you choose and are compatible for Sex lab animations.

1. Possibly the following mod.
http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/38524/?
2. Possibly I am not sure as I don't use that mod however.
QuoteFallout New Vegas Redesigned attempts to fix many of these glaring issues and improves upon anatomy, skin and proportions to make each of the characters seem more believable.
The three in red above could mean textures and meshes have been altered. You might be able to place the body mods/textures below this and overwrite the changes this mod includes (if there are indeed changes as it appears to be) and it might work. Then again it might not.
Sorry can't give more info or guidance.

If you find /make some good replacements let us know. You might be able to create a patch or even a mod. Maybe depending on the mod it can be added to Sexout itself :). Many mod content creators have started dong exactly what you are trying to do now. ;).

2 minutes ago, Kilisa said:Might very well be the site not working well and for 2 days it seems we weren't able to post at all. She might have been taking a break. The good news is most of all the steps involve MO and you can use what is here and then update easily enough. Just create a new profile and clean start with he new setup when done. (provided you have the current setup running.
When setting up the tutorial steps just place some small name on the step (mod) to let you know it was from this tutorial and when installing any updates or changes a small note for the new one. Like (Anat1) and (Anat2) to the end of the names. This way you can start using this tutorial and setting up and then when able move to the new one. ;).

Just now, Elf Prince said:Aaaaahhhaaaaaa, now I get it. lol. Thanks for explanation. Still learning how to understand Western humour ....

Watch lots of 60's and 70's movies (classics and B movies) and you will get a lot of the basics in humor. For alien humors look for alien conspiricies and again 60's and 70's alien invasion movies. lol.
AAAAAANNNNNNNDDDDD now I have been able to post more than 4 post in a single sitting that took less than 40 minutes of refreshing the pages and reloading multiple of times before finally "scoring" the post.
Also the pages seem to load close to what was before the forum changed the format. Not quite there but closer. Better than it has been for the past two weeks.

Yes. I tried it myself when Fallout came out just to see and it didn't work. :(.
However there is one program that might however not sure the results. Besides the tools aren't mature to see or work those files correctly (some betas I hear)

Yes I am. However different skeleton. Or at least I believe.

If I understand this correctly based on what I see. The Human, Ghoul, (not feral ghouls) and Synths Gen 1 & 2 all use the same skeleton. (Of course Synth Gen 3 use the same skeleton as humans :P). That could mean as soon as Sextec is up and running members can show Synth love.
Would that be a correct assumption?

Thanks for reply!
Oh, I thought you were asking about the Sexout sounds. Sorry.
14 minutes ago, myuhinny said:There is no sound folder for the actual fallout sounds as those are stored in the Fallout - Sound.bsa you have to have a BSA extractor or use FOMM (fallout mod manager) which has a BSA extractor built in to extract any of the sound files from it.
Yes that is correct. The name is "Fallout - Sound.bsa". That should contain the files you are looking for. FYI all the DLCs have the same thing "DLC - Sound". Where the "DLC" is the name of the DLC.

I believe you can then go and change the proportions after they have been inserted into the post. You can make those photos smaller and fit them side by side etc. I have done so to a few of them already.
