looking at the quality of the outfit and the black claws I would say that it is one of Krista's mods since the outfit looks really nice quality and she likes to use those claws in her mods.

SetBody has DMRA, and lots of variants for it, actually. 

It's a spell, which allows you to change the body of the NPC you targeted with that spell.

Are there any flower crowns? I know one of YangYang's outfits had some but they look a bit plastic...
