Try follow these steps:

Inside of Kicker's mod there is an option buttom for needs Motive effect from Woohoo, you can set what are the best values for you or nothing.
 

But if you want to set without spend any need, the best options always are these:
testingcheatsenabled on - click on mailbox with right mouse and press shif- so click  on make all happy, and again and click on Make Needs Static.
