well il just give up on it for now, im just going to clean my files first, i think the problem is on my side well thanks for the advice you have given so far, sorry if troubled you

its not the papyrusulildev.log  or papyrusulildev0.log il assume ? 

Where can find the papurus file ? is it the csb mod itself ? 

where can i find the logs ? well once i start the game and the mods load, once its cbs turn, my screen starts to fade like you would black out , and every 5 sec my screen goes black , it shows this message (cbs management script is stopped) and removing tokens shows up every 2 seconds, (i have no clue what they mean.)   ^ this happens as well when i load a saved file, while having csb installed   http://imgur.com/a/oFsEA( an example)  

So i recently got this wheird message on my screen, when i use csb ( i also tried using tdf prostitution) so basicly it starts out with showing cbs management script is stopped, before that my screen starts fading a bit, and goes black for a sec or 2 then back to fading after that i get removing tokens (sometimes a couple times) and 5-10 secs later cbs management   i can run the game just fine, with any other mod, on the graphic level that is. Only happens when i load a save file , if i disable it the mod, it goes away
