I think the ideal for many of us would be to sleep about 4 hours two times a day, I feel super energized with that much but I'm dead tired a few hours later. Of course it's not really viable of you have a job.

It's quite old but Legend of galactic heroes, prussian like monarchy vs republic, no good guys, they spend most of their time discussing politics and their respective philosophies, when they are not doing that they are fighting each other to classical music.

No clue, it takes me about an hour of laying down to start sleeping even when dead tired, the rest sometimes works sometimes doesn't.
