  1. Thanks - I'll dig deeper and let you know what I find out.

EDIT: Disabling TamagoSetBody eliminates the problem, so I'll try to figure out what's going on there. Thanks again for your help.

You're welcome. Thanks again for reporting things.

Well it really sucks that tamagosetbody too is my stuff to repair. Derp

    *Edit*

If I may add my opinion, I recommend against using OnUnequip script block in an object script.

It's iffy. OnEquip is fine, OnUnequip is not fine.

I more recommend OnActorUnequip obse event if possible.

    Thanks - I'll try that.

EDIT: The simplest solution was to just remove those OnUnequip blocks entirely. They weren't needed and without them equipping/unequipping happens invisibly as it should and high heels reequip normally.

  2. That block DOES trigger in 145. Hmmm... However both the shoes and tights re-equip so I never noticed it. The shoes still don't re-equip with 146a, which is how I spotted it. I can't figure out why that block triggers in the first place.

Interestingly, if I comment that block out, the script produces the same unequip/re-equip result farther down somewhere - which I suppose makes sense.

In case it helps, I don't manage bodies with the SetBody spell - I just let it do whatever it does by default so it can swap pregnant meshes for me. So maybe this is some kind of default behavior thing.

To further complicate things, I use Blockhead to load a specific ZKEC body for the player, while all other women are HGEC. That might be a problem.

  3. The new version of Setbody is giving me two headaches:

For some reason, these lines in the BombshellBodySet script:

    if 0 == sv_Compare "*RESET" sBody

    Call BombshellBodyReset rActor

    SetFunctionValue 1

    sv_Destruct s,sFootPath,sHandPath,sUpperbodyPath,sLowerbodyPath,sNPCKey,sTempBody

    return

    endif

... are triggering BombshellBodyReset and unequipping my Lowerbody and foot items... in this case a pair of tights I created for ZKEC, and a pair of high heels for the VipCxj system. The tights are re-equipping as they should, via the BombshellUpdateActor script, but the shoes fail to re-equip. Those lines haven't changed in this version, but something new seems to make Setbody not like those clothes, triggering that block. The previous version worked fine.

The second problem is that most of my clothes have scripts with OnEquip and OnUnequip blocks. The BombshellUpdateActor method of updating appearance by unequipping/re-equipping everything creates some interesing effects when it fires. I know it's not ideal, but can I substitute those lines with Update3D as a workaround? Would that break anything?

    Thank you as always!

  4.

I've managed to break something... What setbody.ini and autosetbody.ini settings are required to enable pregnant body swapping and clothes swapping. I had it all working fine and need to figure out what I changed.

I don't want random body assignments - just pregnant mesh swapping.

Try disabling, er.. bEnableAutosetbody or something in the setbody.ini file. To 0.

In theory autosetbody is not required for tamagosetbody to work. I better disable mine to test this.

No need - that was it. I thought that autosetbody was needed. Now I remember I made the same mistake a while back. Thanks!

  6. I get an issue during Sex animations where the penis just stretches off into the horizon.

    Mod List:

    Player Slave Encounters

Every Mod required by that mod, and every mod required by those required mods.

HGEC Body, Robert's Male Body, and Oblivion Character Overhaul.

I'm about 99% sure I keep messing something up. Help?

Something has overwritten the LAPF skeletons so your current ones are missing the penis bones.

  7. Hit a bit of a strange bug. It seems enemies also will try to attack my rapists. Had this bug a few times, most hilariously with the dremora attackers from the violator who kept saving me, and then banging their buddies.

I would have loved to have seen that! Anyway, new version up. Creatures, Dremora, and Evil actors are now prevented from rescuing. Thank you for reporting it!

  8. LoversHelpRapeVPlayer Updated

    View / Download File

This is a rewrite of LoversHelpRapeVPlayer (part of the Lovers Supplemental Plugin Pack), where the player's companions were supposed to attack the rapist when the player is being raped. It didn't work very well, so this version makes the following changes:

    - Besides companions, nearby Guards, Knights, and Imperial Legion menbers will now help if can see the rape occurring. (They must have a Line-of-Sight to the player).

    - Prevents rescue if the rapist is essential.

    - Script is cleaned, optimized, and now has an early return to save FPS when player not being raped.

INSTALLATION: The file goes in the Oblivion\Data folder, needs to be activated, and requires that Lovers with PK.esm is installed. If you're already using the original version, this should be a drop-in replacement.

NOTE: Although gender doesn't matter, this mod assumes the player is the person being raped. It does nothing if the player is the attacker or if the rape doesn't involve the player.

Credit to the unknown Japanese author of the original mod. If anyone knows who that is, please let me know so I can credit them properly. Thanks.

  9. Hey again,

I did assume that the outfit uses hgec e-cup so im using femaleupperbody e-cup --> femaleupperbody f-cup lattice for the conversion tool. I have not tried removing and re-adding parts like you suggested QuiteTheTail so Ill give this method a try. Do I need blender for this aswell or is it feasable to strip and add blocks in nifscope only ? Thanks again for your help !

Before you do that, try a conversion with all the extras still attached. My experience is that the tool does a good job of placing those things appropriately, right where they belong on the new body shape. But I convert things to ZKEC, so YMMV.

    Greetings.

    Hi & @ Supierce

    ..." so YMMV   "  sorry , english isn't one of my native tongues , so i cannot understant these  " 4 letters " .

Can you " translate " the meaning of these one , please ?

    Cheers.

YMMV == Your Mileage May Vary (meaning it may work differently for you).

    Good luck with it!

  11. Something I recently discovered, you can gain better memory management in CS/E if you change it's properties from default to specifically WinXP. (I discovered it quite by accident while altering properties for my text editing tools.)

    attachicon.gifClipboard-1.jpg

What I've noticed is as it is loading resources it will stop about midway or 50 to 60% at best, then report it's no longer responding. With this properties change resources load 100% every time. This may have a positive affect on those pesky mysterious edits showing up too.

That's a great discovery - I've always been annoyed at that pause and this solves it completely. Thank you!

  12. I need help with this, if anybody is willing to.

I can't get my game to load to the loading screen, then it just crashes, I have no idea how to fix it, any help would be good.

It only started doing this after I installed this mod

Fejeena is right - a crash before the loading screen usually means a missing master. Make sure you've installed all the requirements and that the load order is correct.

  13. But in the wrong placed menus Folder is only a Icon for the LAPF lower Body and you never see it in your inventory ( unplayable clothes)

    menus\Icons\armor is empty

    menus\Icons\Lovers\asbonericon.dds  = the lowerbody Icon

So it does not matter if the Folder is wrong.

Why have the lowerbodies a Icon ?

Yea, it's probably safe to get rid of unless someone knows of a reason for it.

  14. FWIW, in the LAPF download package, the 'menus' folder should be inside the 'textures' folder.

I should have explained this. There are two Menus folders in Oblivion. The one inside the Data folder (where the LAPF installation package has it) is just for the menu xml files. The Menus folder with the icons (which LAPF needs to install) is located inside the Textures folder. The current installation package is placing those icons in the XML folder.

  15. You're right about that. I never thought about players playing mad scientist thing. That's mostly because I always play with the highest realism level (or one below). That is I don't steal/barter ovum or womb from npcs.

So in my scripts always only scenario 1 is assumed. evil/good is purely class distinction that's right too, like bandit is evil and healer is not evil. I probably feared about children getting killed by townfolks or guards because of high aggression. In some situations where birth mother and genetic mother are different... looks like I decided not to care about gene thing as I don't think gene would affect children's ego very much.

AFAIK, the evil setting is passive - it's ONLY function is that killing one doesn't count as murder.
