I got my courier to have a 100 skill in repair, and have found a handful of nice schematics for building.   Problem is I never seem to have the right items for crafting, and keeping a list is cumbersome. Does anyone know of any good addons that simplify crafting in anyway?   Ideally I'd have one that just adds tool tips for items that tell you what recipes they can be used in, but I haven't found anything like that.   Currently I can make a lot of things, but end up not making much of anything due to how cumbersome the grocery list of items I need to get is. I'd like to experiment with some mods to see if anything helps without breaking my game too much, but I'll try anything.   Thanks.

So the Mindboggles mod "Custom Robot Followers"(http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58528/) and The Foundry's "Fallout New Vegas"(http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/50132/?) both now include the companion K-9.   Mindboggles version is voice-acted with a functioning companion wheel but no special Who-related functions.   The Foundry's version has lots of Who-related functionality but otherwise limited capabilities. No companion wheel, no quick-access functions for repair or waiting or storage, incompatible with JIP CC&C.   I'd like to merge the two versions of K-9 into one full-purpose companion, but I have no clue how. I don't even know where to start. Could someone help me out?
  3. I've always wanted to have better options for shorter hair for female characters in New Vegas. It seems like all the hair mods focus on these impractical, long flowing styles that are just absurd; not just for lore reasons (travelling in a wasteland/desert), but also because it tends to clip through armor and accessories. The shorter vanilla hairs just aren't good enough, and the mod options are all for fashion models on a runway, not a lone courier fighting through a raider-infested desert. Frustratingly, Skyrim has a couple good mods with shorter hair options that would fit really well in New Vegas, but I know very little about modding beyond basic GECK and CK edits, so I have no idea how to go about transferring the .nif's and .dds's from Skyrim to New Vegas. The only tutorial I can find is for transferring an Oblivion hair over to Fallout 3, and it talks about how you can't just copy-paste the nif files over - that Bethesda updates how their .nif and .dds files work... so I'm completely in the dark in regards to how to transfer a hair between games.   TL;DR: I'd love it if someone could take a specific hairstyle (This one, ApachiiHairFemale93 from the optional Apachii Female Hairstyles) and package it into a New Vegas format, so that I could use it for my Courier in New Vegas. The file containing the hair is here: ApachiiSkyHairFemale_v_1_5.

If the mod breaks on you, you should use the console to do the following: If the value of MilkCount is above 518,400,000 for BELMainQuest: set that variable for that quest to 518,400,000 If the value of MilkCount is above 518,400,000 for BELCompMilkQuest: set that variable for that quest to 518,400,000 Do the above for MilkExtra as well; it should not be below 0.   What is this mod? Breast Expansion and Lactation creates a world in which you, as the player, aquire the ability to become a real life cow girl. Now you can produce milk and sell it all to the highest bidder! Or save it for yourself, that delicious cream provides a lot of useful buffs that come in handy in a harsh wasteland.   How does it work? Over time your breasts produce milk. After a certain period of time, you are given the oppurtunity to milk yourself. This produces bottles of milk that you can sell. Be aware though that the milk is dirt cheap, so you need to sell a lot to make any kind of fortune.   To start producing milk, you need to drink a single bottle human milk. No one knows the science behind it, the secret has since been lost to the ages.   There are three chems that will help you in various ways with lactating. Growth extract: -Increases bust size -Decreases the amount of milk your glands produce before expansion Production extract: -Increases amount of milk produced in a time frame -Decreases the milk level, total amount of milk available after milking (to increase it milk yourself, but not more than a few times in a 24 hour period) Storage extract: -Increases amount of milk your glands produce before expansion -Decreases amount of milk produced in a time frame These chems can be found being sold by vendors selling assorted goods as well as places where you find other drugs.   IMPORTANT: In order for the mod to know whether to keep on your armor when expansion occurs, you'll need to press the M key. This should be used for armor that has the nipples and breasts exposed.   To add a companion to be a potential "milk slave", place them under the cursor. Then press numpad 5. Numpad 6 keeps track of whether or not your companion's armor should be kept on or off when expansion occurs. If you need to reset your companion at any point, at the console type set "xx0175e2".ResetComp to 1.   Numpad 4 will display a message showing how much progress your and your companion have made so far with producing milk.   To milk yourself equip the milk pumps if you have them and go into third person.   Unfortunately FOSE is pretty limited with dealing with arrays, so I was never able to implement a feature where feeding others human milk makes them lactate as well. Another feature I wanted was to add creature milk, but that requires females and I have no idea why or how a super mutant male would be walking around with some "Super Mutant Milk." Or what kind of effects it would have on a human.   Installation Download and unpack the contents of the latest version to your Fallout folder.   5. I'm having trouble getting my MO 1.3.11 letting me download or add mod for Fallout New Vegas. My MO 1.3.11 will not accept any Fallout mods and will not let me use any mod or plugs for any game other then Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. I find lot of help information on how to use MO once it accept the mod but nothing on how to have my MO switch between games.   How do I set my Mod Organizer v1.3.11 to let me edit and add Fallout NV Mod, Sexout mods, and switch to Fallout NV without deleting the Skyrim game and all skyrim content form my computer?
  6. I updated my mods, updated NVSE and been using loot. I'll start the game and it works fine, but when it gets to the slide to the NCR Veteran Ranger it stops responding. I'm used the stable and beta version of NVSE and it still isn't working. I'll post my mod list. If you guys have any ideas that be great. Butch Deloria Companion for New Vegas (fully voiced) View / Download File Butch Deloria Companion for New Vegas (fully voiced)   Description This mod brings back Butch Deloria from Fallout 3 to Fallout New Vegas as a player companion. Comes equipped with a brand-name Butch Deloria appearance, Tunnel Snakes outfit, Butch's Toothpick and a 10 mm pistol. Fully voiced, all badass, and cocky, and arrogant as ever!   You can find him sitting at the bar in Prospector Saloon in Goodspring and after a short dialogue you can hire him. If fired, he'll return to the same place.   I tried to voice all of the possible interactions, but regarding this comes from Fallout 3, there might be some slight inaccurancies, like him talking about going to Rivet City for a beer   Installation   It's a .fomod package, so just use FOMM There are two package files in the archive: Butch.esm and Butch Override.esp. The first one adds Buth the way he is in Fallout 3 by default. The second one adds some overrides: karma checks removed so that you can hire him with any karma; he's set to essential so that he surely won't get killed. The .esm file is obligatory, while the .esp is optional and should be unchecked if don't wish to use overrides.   Uninstallation   Delete all of the mod files from your game directories... meh, better use FOMM or any other mod manager to do all this boring stuff automatically   ***   This is actually my first and only try to make a game mod, and the version is 0.1, so there might be some bugs and stuff... However, I've been playing with him for some time already and haven't encountered any problems. It's a (one and only) mod I've made a long time ago and had it posted on some Fallout mod site which I can't even remember, so I decided to give it a new life here As I remember, it was deleted from Nexus because it contains some audio files from the original Fallout 3 (Butch's dialogues, obviously). I've been told by some people that Butch doesn't immediately appear in Prospector Saloon and may take some waiting and/or wandering off to other locations for a while for him to actually appear in the game. I've looked into it but couldn't find anything wrong, although I probably didn't really know what to look for...   8. Lipstick [Fallout New Vegas] View / Download File Description These are working Lipsticks. To obtain them: - They can be bought from Chet in Goodspring, Miguel in Westside or Cliff Briscoe in Novac - You can COC aLPTestCell and will find them inside a container. - You can enable the debug mode on the ini file and receive them at the first execution of the mod (if MCM is installed) - You can... uhm... add them via console   There are 8 colors, some of them are really awful.   They can be used 10 times, after that you can throw them in the trashcan because they are exhausted.   In your inventory, they can be found under "Apparel", like armors. After clicking on the lipstick, you will be kicked out from the pipboy, if you had some "obstruction" in the face it should be removed (i.e. a full head helm), after 1-2 seconds if you were in first person you will be forced in third, and an animation will trigger, with the player putting the lipstick on lips.   You can also hotkey it and put it while you are playing, like for regular weapons etc., i.e. you are walking in some casino and you feel your lips require lipstick so you just press the hotkey and the player will put the lipstick while walking etc.etc.   If you are wondering why the lipstick shape or alignment is not very much precise, here 2 good reasons: 1) it is tweaked for the MD preset I use ; 2) in NV there are no working mirrors, I really challenge you to put the lipstick in some decent way without a mirror.   The lipstick provides a boost of +1 Charisma to female couriers and -3 Charisma to male couriers. The "effect" leasts 5 minutes. If for some reason the game removes the lipstick from the lips when it shouldn't, there's a check every 10 seconds which will restore it.   For Modders, when the player has lipstick effect, every 10 seconds it dispatches "aLPPlayerHasLipstick" event.   Installation Unpack everything under Data, as always. If you use a mod manager, check if it does its job (well probably only for the Config subfolder, so if you don't care about it you're fine).   Incompatibilities No vanilla records or cells were modified. However, I've never seen anything like this, any possible downside can be considered unexpected by me. The only thing I could think about is... things that modify alpha, like ENB, maybe they will have a bad result, like for hairstyles, but I can't test ENB these days. EDIT: No wait I forgot to write this! there will be a coloured reflex on the back of the head, if you use short hair especially vanilla!   9. I have a problem with a hair mesh not showing texture in game. Paths are correct, both in nif and inside the hair record. Maybe's a shader, I don't really understand, I triple checked comparing with existing hair but I don't see anything bad.   Has someone a clue for me, pretty please?   EDIT: The files included probably have vertex color disabled, due to the fact that I was randomly trying everything to solve the problem. During the birthing animation, I get a few notifications saying that my PC has given birth, but, I end up in an endless loop of the animation, if I use the masturbation hotkey, my character won't collapse at the end of that animation, but immediately stand up afterwards, and i'm inable to move myself or the camera, unless I use tfc.     --------------- Introduction ---------------   This is like the... third or fourth animator I do. It's a tool I use often, and everytime I find they can be done better so I redo everything from scratch...   However, this time I feel this is my Definitive Animator and probably the only one I'll update (especially if Lutana will have changes).   ------------- Description -------------   In short, this mod gathers the animation files installed by other mods and allows to play them on the player or to some target. It is fully configurable via MCM. After being installed, it will be disabled by default, so it needs to be enabled via MCM, as the Welcome message will warn. Inside MCM, under OPTIONS, you can select I NEED HELP to gather few more infos about the mod, directly in game.   To acquire a target, you need to point to an actor and TAP the Main Hotkey (Default I). If no actors are present, Player will be selected as target. HOLDING the Main Hotkey will call the Idle menu. The animations are chosen scrolling with W/S or mousewheel, then to confirm TAP Main Hotkey again or press left mouse button. Loop mode ON / OFF can be chosen with Grab (default Z)   ------ Video ------     ------------------------ Gathering animations ------------------------   By default, the mod will load only the animation files inside its subfolder "aSA": Data\meshes\characters\_male\idleanims\aSA I included a bunch of files in that folder, just to try the mod on the fly. After following the Sexout Installation guide and getting all the mods and plugins I wanted installed, LOOT tells me Im missing SexoutLegion.esm and SexoutPowderGangers.esp and I cannot find them anywhere. I've been searching this forum and every topic where someone is having the same issue, they're told to get it from tryout page but the only esm's and esp's I get from that download are SexoutTryout.esm and SexoutWorkingGirl.esp.   So if anyone could direct me to the proper place to get those files, or explain what I may have done wrong to not have those files I'd appreciate it very much.

I started this maybe a year ago and just left it rotting in my folders along with about 20 other unreleased mods. It is a mix of adult clothing based on the pre war kids clothes along with remodels of the female lingerie, male pajamas and some other extras. Not everything is shown in the screenshots. There are more outfits and variations, including a girl outfit with roller skates. *As an aside, all the textures included in the mod have Texture Sets in the GECK. So I am trying to convert a mod of mine A Pipboy Replacer http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21133/?to New Vegas.   I have got the paths to work and updated certain commands to get the script to save using NVSE Geck to but the script to change out the equipment is crashing the game upon it first being run.    I hear the script activate the equipment swap, I see the equipment get removed, but it crashes before it comes back.   19. Is there any replacer for armor/clothes for Type 3 Cali body for the DLC's Armors/Clothes? Something super skimpy would be preferred.
  20. I have inumberactorsallowedtofollowplayer set to 12 so i should be allowed 12 companions. I currently have Boone, ED-E and vanessa in the current party. When I try to recruit Cass, she won't join and says stuff if I already have a companion. In vanilla you are allowed one human and one non human I think.
