  1. So I don't know how this happened, but eventually I found myself unable to equip the veiled Alik'r hoods from Bob's Armory or the helmet-wigs (the wigs you equp when using headgear with a modded hairstyle that keeps your character from looking like they magically turn bald when they put on a hat) from Apachii Skyhair to my character. I can give them to my followers and they will equip them, but I cannot equip them on my own character.   I checked to see if an item-slot was occupied by putting all my items in a chest then using the console command: "player.removeallitems" but I still could not equp the wigs or the veiled hoods after doing this. Can anyone tell me what is doing this to my game?   Here is my load order:
  2. Requirements:   Vilja http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/26393/? Vilja's "Custom Face" from the optionals of the same page. Choose the one for the bodytype you use. Racemenu http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/? Apachii Hair Main http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10168/? NPC Nif Merge http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10168/? Gimp 2 http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ Gimp 2 dds plugin http://registry.gimp.org/node/70   Description:   Vilja is probably the most popular follower mod there is and there's no surprise. She adds more life to Skyrim than mods that add 200+ npcs. Now me and probably others have always wanted to customize everything about her. For her hair there is The hairstyler mod and for her body there is Vilja Customizer. But what of her face? Well I don't know of any mod but I know of a way that doesn't require CK or TES5edit. It also doesn't require any skill in modding and can be done not only to Vilja but to any other custom follower too. The process looks long at first, but if you do it once, you're already used to it.     FOLLOW THE STEPS AND PICTURES TO THE LETTER. 1. Make a character, do exactly what picture 1 says and press done, unequip all items.    Bring up the console and type "showracemenu" to bring up Racemenu again.    Press F5 to save your preset, in case you need to go back to editing the face.    Press the letter Z to export the head.    You will see the screen message saying "head exported".    The head you exported will be in Data/SKSE/Plugins/CharGen (MO users look at picture). It will be stored as two different files. NIF and DDS.     6. You have now customized the custom face for vilja and facial animations. Customizception! Also, since there is no esp change, you will be able to use it even after Vilja get's an update.   !!!Important! Just like mentioned on Vilja page, do not activate the optional before meeting her and making sure you can access her inventory!!!         Knowledge gained +9000 by these guides that you must definately check out:   http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25673/? http://hubpages.com/hub/Hot-to-Turn-Your-Skyrim-Character-into-a-Follower http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Adding_a_Follower_NPC_to_Skyrim#Making_your_follower_standalone
  3.     VIDEO PREVIEW OF ALASSEA >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YL97SU9Pn_0   (This Mod Is A W.IP) If you're a fan of the incredible "Interesting NPC" mod like I am, you'll know that it has an incredibly wide range of custom voiced npc's who have interesting personalities and back stories. I love this mod to death, and it's really the only quest/follower mod you'll ever need in my opinion, but as interesting as the mod is its lacking in one crucial feature in my opinion, the aesthetics Every npc is interesting, but they all just look so bland and vanilla, this may not be a gripe for some, but for me it is, considering how I have my game set up. So this mod will completely overhaul the female face textures/meshes and aim to make them just as interesting as the personality assigned to said female. Each rework has been done to keep the spirit and nature of the original face/texture in the original mod, and isn't just some balls to the walls lemme make everyone a glamor girl overhaul. I tried to stay as true to form as possible The plan is to rework every female (and possibly male) NPC in the mod from followers, to the randoms. Also if I have the desire and the demand is sufficient enough I'll make a separate standalone follower version for each overhauled NPC independent of the main "Interesting NPC" mod.   NPC'S DONE SO FAR: Zora Fair-Child Amalee Alasea Morndas Callen Tikrid   Images:   Leave Feedback Or Recommendations If You Wish
