Here's a world I made recently for The Sims 3. It comes empty with just roads so you can place the lots yourself in the way you want. Use the in game editor to add decorations with lots. The island is surrounded by the ocean and several islands of mountains. Just a small basic world for you to use, requires nothing more than the base game. This is perfect for performance issues you find in EA's worlds. Download: Removed due to low popularity
