Is there anyway to automatically remove any and all status afflictions?

Title for reference.

My character has accumulated a ton of status afflictions and I'd rather not try and remove them one by one. Is there any way to immediately remove them from my character?

I've tried altars however they didn't work.

I was using a hunger/thirst/sleep mod and something seriously wonky happened with it. I uninstalled it but those settings were still there. Since there was no way for me to fix it I had to reload a save before I used the mod, which, thankfully was not too long ago. Thanks for the help anyways.

If it happens again open console and select yourself and type resurrect.
