Chocolate elf w/ white pubes

Has anyone created a high res version of the chocolate elf texture with white or silver pubic hair? I tried to modify the region in Gimp while watching some tutorials on youtube, but I could never seem to get the color white or silver with the color balance tool. My skillset is modifying meshes in blender rather than the little I know of Gimp. Thanks!
