I've actually been going through bits of the readme recently with google translate, trying to reword for extra legibility (with limited success). Looks like it gives you a new Soultrap spell that lets you fill soul gems through sex.

なので、Playerが「Lovers Soul Trap」をNPCに掛けた後、他のNPCがSpellを掛けられたNPCとHを開始してしまうと、充填処理の対象がそのNPCになります。
これは仕様であって、バグではありませんねん。
実は、とあるアイテム(このMod内)を所持する事でチート的な事が可能なんですが、その為の仕様でもあったりします。
どういう事になっているかはScriptを調べて突き止めてくだしあ。
