In most cases Wrye Bash says it's devs broke whatever_you_are_trying_to_do when adding Skyrim support.

When this happens?

@Cyberiada - Uriel pyta się kiedy ta wiadomość się pojawia. Na twoim miejscu usunąłbym folder Oblivion.

C:\Użytkownik\Nazwa Użytkownika\Documents\My Games\Oblivion

Zakaładam że Wrye Bash nie chce się włączyć?

Pamiętam aby zachować całą kopię tego folderu. Nie usuwaj foldera Oblivion na stałe, możesz go potrzebować później.

@Cyberiada - Uriel asked you when did the message appear? If I were you I'd delete Oblivion folder:

C:\Users\Cygarniczka\Documents\My Games\Oblivion

I assume you can't launch Wrye Bash?

Remember to keep the copy of that folder. Don't delete the Oblivion folder permanently you may need it later.

Looks familiar. My best guess would be that one of the mods it is dealing with (trying to import into your bashed patch perhaps?) contains character sets it cannot handle. For example I've seen exactly that error message when a mod contained untranslated Chinese characters.

Try deactivating the esp of a mod you added recently. With luck that narrows it down a lot.

You then have two choices. Either discard that mod or fix the esp by finding and removing the errant characters. (which is what I did but you might find that a daunting prospect).

cyberiada,

No offense meant but why are you posting all that here? You should be posting that at the nexus where you downloaded wrye bash from. If there is something broken inside wrye bash then they are the ones to fix it and not us.

If you think the plugin (mod) is broken then post in the nexus thread that you got the mod from to see if the author will fix the plugin.

I am moving this thread out of the oblivion section as you clearly are having trouble with a skyrim mod.

Not offended, and I realized that no one in this forum, and I will not help - I'm looking for other forums and it says 2 weeks on the forums and help from nowhere

I'm sorry to bother you.

You are not at all bothering me by posting for help in this thread. Perhaps someone will see this and be able to help you but it is a long shot. I merely was pointing out that you may get help quicker by informing the people that made Wrye Bash or the person that made the Skyrim mod that you are having problems with.

You can continue to post information here on the small chance that someone can help you but as I said the chances of someone fixing this for you here are pretty small.

For Skryim I am using Wrye Bash version 295. I don't know if that will help you. I recommended version 294 earlier as that is the version I use for Oblivion and at that time I thought you were having a problem with an Oblivion mod. You can try 295 if you like and see if that helps you.
