Call of Duty Armor

I like a lot the armors from Call of Duty Series, and espesialy the Juggernaut armor. So,I searched the whole internet with hope to find anything similar to this. The only thing I found is a Modern Warfare 2 Armors which is in vgunetwork site. Well I tried to make an account but I don't make it! Because of this,I wonder if someone can make this armor for New Vegas,or even give me the link for similar to this armor!

In essence, unless you're on a bomb squad, armor that bulky is pretty much just plain supid, you can't move in it.

For once that would be a today's equipement I'd love to use in Fallout.

With reduced movespeed, agility and combat ability in general (except for big guns for the lulz of going into melee range with a grenade launcher).

 

If anyone were to make a model I'd even go through learning how to code that.
