i cant remember the mod i know it made the npcs look better, for some reason bandits and guards were almost always female and argonian and kahgit also looked better if anyone knows of what this mod might be plz let me know

it might be colorwheels oblivion overhaul making gaurds female i dont know if it did bandits im not sure

i have the clothing overhaul i didnt know there was another one i'll look for it
