Any NPC texture replacers?

Are there any mods that make the NPC's( all of them not just females ) look better, texture wise? Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong place but I can't seem to find any:(

NVCE (New Vegas Character Enhancements) is good. It not only improves textures, it gives most of the Mojave facelifts so that there are fewer clones and freaks (Major Dhatri's mutant jawline is greatly improved).

Then there is Project Beauty, which does something similar but only to women.

This is the best imo.

Another vote here for FNV Redesigned 2. The textures and facial changes are all just outstanding. It's also compatible with Type3 and its spinoffs (aka basically every bodytype out there) right out of the box. It works with Breeze's too, but you have to use Breeze textures so the neck seams are (slightly) more noticeable.

Also, FNVR2's Sunny Smiles is bangin' hot. Much more so than vanilla Sunny.
